For Superduty's they're a terrible idea. It wouldn't be worth the time or effort to do it. No company makes body lifts for Superduty's. For gassers, ie, Silverado 1500's, F150's, and Ram 1500's it's possible and quite simple. But i personally don't like the look.

If your asking why it would be a bad idea on a superduty, it has to do with a few parts of the engine are connected with the body. Which parts specifically? I'm not sure...I've never really cared to look into it for my truck.
