Yes & No. If the trigger is multi stage I don't care if the safety is off, but when it comes to single action single stage trigger the slightest graze or bump is enough. I'd rather just have a grip safety and nothing else. That way the trigger can't be activated until the grip is gripped and there would be no need for lock-out switches.

That's not in the video and not necessarily unsafe. Glocks don't have user operable safeties, is it impossible to safely load a Glock unless you're at a shooting range and pointing it downrange?

he says "the safety was off the whole time" so it is implied but not explicitly said, and no, i understand the Glock and its safety mechanism, it is however unsafe to keep your rifle/handgun loaded with the safety off while during transport, not saying you cant do it, just not recommended, i must say i was tired when i read your comment from a long day and did not fully understand that you were implying that you would always have the barrel pointed downrange

but you chose a great example when it comes to safety because Glock has an excellent safety mechanism, the ak however is not quite as safe

Yeeeaaahhhh... except the Glock has the kind of 'safety' that means the gun 'won't go off unless you pull the trigger'... To me, a safety means if you pull the trigger, nothing will happen, even though there may be a round chambered and the hammer cocked.

I smoke a lot of weed and im fine, completely rational, literate, healthy and more than able to take care of myself.
