what? no. there is ALOT more footage from the classic series that the series. 27 years worth of it. there's little bits and episodes lost from the first few seasons,but that's about 2% of the classic series. i cannot believe you thought most of it was missing. there's 7 ears worth of classic series,and 4 and a quarter worth of the new series.
So...who's best, then? :D (I think this is an infinite question.)

The Tenth Doctor is the one who'll regenerate soon. And the title of the episode in which this aired was the "ten doctors/*the eleventh doctor*".
So that's probably why he shows up more here.
