their are hundreds of people with more watts more rms and louder DB than meade. however how many of them are as famous with a nice car? i have seen extremely nice car's more expnesive than all of meades stuff combined with great sound systems. but respect that its a tahoe thats probably the nicest tahoe around and its decked out. and for not having a walled set up and still having back seats doing 30k watts at 14k rms if not more is still impressive

and 14,000 watts true rms power playing

factor in 2 amps at a little over 3k per sub, each sub at 1 ohm or so with about 3500 watts rms not counting it can handle a lit more. than the several batterys he has, the 2 processors, the multiple speakers and the 4 alternators and the eletrical system perfectly wirred so his car dosent catch on fire.

Just an fyi to everyone: Steve Meade did not invent the hair trick, nor was he the first to do it. I am by no means "hating" on him at all. He does some great work and I am excited about his new line of speakers, but everyone needs to do some research before posting here ..

I just dropped a pair of Q15's in my ek Civic hatch. The box is 4.5 cuft sealed after displacement and I am running a DC Audio PAI-2000.1. Seems to be very similar you your get up, so I gotta show ya some luv! I just posted a vid on my page.

Ported and sealed makes a huge difference In sound waves being pushed out I love the SQ of a sealed but FI's are shitty in a sealed box

I had 2 15's sealed on 2000rms with 1 regular alt, regular battery and the big 3 done.

Ported = better efficiency
