@cranbunny let us think about this logically 'Black Parade,' the album that features the song teenagers, came out in late 2006; my apologies for not knowing the exact date, but I know Miley's album came out later than 2007(I'm actually pretty sure it was early '08). Oh look I just proved DeadlyNightSade60 right, so if anything Miley stole from MCR. Believe me I actually enjoy Miley Cyrus quite a lot, as I do MCR; what I don't however, enjoy is ignorant people making assumptions.
