  • Dont bend over for the soap officer

  • Cops are criminals with weapons and badges. This guy was obviously full of himself being above us little civilians and not worrying about others safety. Very few cops I've met are worth a damn. Mostly power tripping a-holes with a bad attitude. Karma will hook his ass up.

  • That's what you get for not looking both ways.

  • Ok he fucked up, everyone wants to tell him that but he knows what he did and im sure he is suffering

  • i hate police wish it killed him enjoy seeing them bastards die

  • Hopefully their will be a civil case and some justice gets done in the forum.

  • Note traffic prior was pulling right meaning he had his lights on he also slowed as he entered the intersection, however he did not clear the intersection before breeching there for he is responsable for the wrongful death.

  • Most Police I've seen around my area, even when running with lights/siren, they almost Always slow down and look when crossing red lights.

  • thats bullshit just cause he has a badge he gets away with killing someone fuck the policeand the courts

  • the song Cop Killer comes to mind

  • notice u dont hear any sirens eithor??

  • I thought they were supposed to slow down for red lights and stop signs even with siren and emergency lights. They do everywhere I go in Texas. Cops can not assume every driver crossing and intersection on green will see them, even with all the bells and whistles on! Cop was wrong and justice was NOT done.

  • @hjb1970 You are correct, they are, but most think because they are the law, they are above the law.

  • Hey I think we need to see the crash one more time, I think I missed it the first 15 times you repeated it in slow motion!

  • Comment removed

  • Cop was wrong and should pay the price. Don't care if he had his lights on.

  • I saw that the officer was charged with reckless driving, and that she would be facing a civil lawsuit as well. I work in law enforcement, and our General Orders state that if an officer is responding "code", they must use lights/sirens the entire time, and must come to a stop, or as close to a stop as possible, at all intersections to ensure the intersection is clear. I can't imagine any department not having this same mandate for their officers.

  • Cop was responding to an emergency fresh donut alert.

  • Wow.... talk about ignorance to what police officers really do. The officer running the red light and contributing to a fatal accident is a freak thing. I do feel he should have slowed down as it does not look like he/she did but at the same time, a large majority of police calls do not mandate officers to respond lights and sirens for many reasons. Do I think killing someone is worth not having lights and sirens on? Not at all.... But again, this is a freak situation, not a common occurrance.

  • HAHAHA.. Only an IDIOT would spell IDIOT wrong! Wow you really are a dumbass! bwahahahaha.

  • Texting should not be permitted either.

    cnn.com/video/?/video/us/2011/12/13/bts-ntsb-ban-electronic-ban-while-driving.cnn

The reason why elimination of hands-free use of cell phones won't work is because people like it. They can make cars that won't start if the car smells alcohol, but people don't want them, even in governmnet cars. What will work is phone technology that permits only hands-free voice communication in cars, no text, no internet, no email, police included.

  • Bad , Bad , Bad move by the officer ......There should have had the siren on .....in NH there sirens are blairing when they are coming to an intersection or on a busy road.....

I have never seen a cop up here run a red light without there siren on !!!

  • the other driver was a typical SPACE CADET, the light just changed, and they had to go across 3 lanes of traffic on the other side first, and they couldn't see flashing cop lights??? they were 50% to blame for not LOOKING up the direction of traffic after the light changed. THE most dangerous time is seconds after the light changes- thats when someone speeding or cant stop will go THRU the red light.

  • if he didnt switch lanes the accident would have been avoided

  • The line of cars at the red light prevented the officer from seeing the victim and vice versa. Even if the officers lights were on, she wouldn't have known he was coming nor would she have necessarily stopped. In my opinion the officer should have slowed down at the intersection. But to say that because the siren wasn't on, the officer shouldnt be allowed to go through a red light is ridiculous. There are many incidents that officers respond to with only light engaged due to the type of call

  • It was reckless. When driving through a red light, whether you have a siren or not, you should make sure its safe. That couple of seconds it takes to check is not as important as someone's life.

  • Comment removed

  • The officers driving wasn't "reckless", that is why they were found not guilty. It doesn't say the officer wasn't at fault.

What will happen is the officer will get sued in a civil case and will lose there.

    You just need

  • THIS IS A FEMALE officer and she has connections with the presiding judge3 that allowed her to walk.the judge is sarah denneke.cops will al;ways be protected by the judicial system and the powers that be.,Cops always feel they are3 above the law and care less about the people they are paid to protect and serve. They will shoot you, beat you and run over you,all the while saying its in the line of duty.Very dad

  • the light was yellow, so the other person, not the cop was to blame

  • @E150GT You need to get your eyes checked.

  • @E150GT

your dumb. that cop is a dirty fucking criminal

  • Hate to say it but i cannot believe that he was not held liable for this. The vehicle that had the green light and right of way had NO WAY of seeing the officers car and lights (If he was running them, i heard no siren)due to the long line of vehicles waiting to turn left. He should have used "due regard" in those kind of weather and traffic conditions. He should have slowed to cross the intersection, I would have. Hate to criticise a fellow officer like that but that's the truth.

  • God for bid one of us does this guess what we go to jail, why didn't he cause he's a cop nothing against them but he was in the wrong he should atleast lose his job..

  • @mantywi Difference is citizens are not allowed to run red lights. Officers are with their lights and sires on or off. That's the reality. Should they turn their lights on. Sure. But in this instance his lights were on and even if his siren was this accident still would have happened. Granted the officer should have used better judgement in that they didn't have a full view of the intersection due to traffic at the light. Officer wasn't reckless but negligent.

  • @golapd I watched this again AND he NEVER slowed down i would think sence he didn't have his siren on he would have slowed down @a busy intersection like that AND he had the red light COME on,If he killed my daughter i would keep fighting go to a higher court IF i can i don't really know about courts BUT i do know the SO CALLED law i drive 700 miles aday i see how the cops drive i think they think they are ABOVE the law,i guess it all comes down to COMMON SENSE,HE HAD NONE!!

  • @mantywi Ok I never said the officer slowed down. I clearly said he should have. It doesn't matter if his siren was on or not. Officers are allowed to drive through red lights at their discretion when responding to calls. He had his overhead lights on. Officers in many instances will respond to calls with only lights and not the sire engaged. The officer used poor judgement but was not reckless. So if this were your daughter and the officer had his siren on, you'd be ok with her dying?

  • @golapd IF HE HAD HIS SIREN ON IT WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED.

  • @PostToastie Wrong dumbass! You think this is the first time an emergency vehicle has collided with a civilian vehicle while responding to a call?!? It happens even WITH the siren on idiot!

  • @golapd THAT'S BECAUSE THE PIGS SEEM TO BE COLORBLIND. SIREN OR NOT, YOU RUN A RED LIGHT AT THOSE KIND OF CRAZY SPEEDS WITH THAT MUCH TRAFFIC YOU GONNA GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. DID YOU NOTICE THE LINES OF CARS WAITING TO MAKE LEFT TURNS? THAT PIG THOUGHT THAT ALL OF THOSE LANES OF TRAFFIC THAT HAD A GREEN LIGHT ARE LOOKING 90 DEGREES TO THE SIDE TO LOOK FOR SOME RED AND BLUES RUNNING A RED LIGHT GOING 90 MPH AS THEY APPEAR FROM BEHIND A LINE OF TRAFFIC? YOU GOT TO BE KIDDIN' ME, BOY.

  • @golapd THE CHANCES OF THIS KIND OF ACCIDENT HAPPENING GOES DOWN DRASTICALLY WHEN THE PIGS USE THEIR SIREN IN ADDITION TO LIGHTS, OF COURSE. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE IDIOT TO NOT HAVE HIS SIREN ON, UNLESS, OF COURSE, YOU FACTOR IN THE FACT THAT YOU CAN'T GET HIRED AS A PIG UNLESS YOUR IQ IS 104 OR LOWER.

  • @PostToastie Pigs? Wow way to demonstrate your maturity level. Well maybe if you had an IQ of at least 104 you'd know that is above the average level of intelligence. The officer should have slowed down at this intersection but officers go through red lights all the time without their sirens on. No one blamed the victim boy, so you bringing that up makes no sense. But then again, with your IQ under 90, I am sure you got confused. Confirmed by your love of the caps lock. MORON

  • @golapd SPOKEN LIKE A TRUE IDOT PIG.

  • well now i'm gonna go thumbs up a cop fatality vid. there's no point in using the word justice anymore

  • the officer should face the death penalty no questions asked.. otherwise this is not america anymore...

  • usually i find myself siding with the actions of police officers but in this case the officer shouldve came to a stop to make sure the intersection was safe before proceeding

  • @yodawgwoof Myself as well. There is NO excuse for this officers actions other then wanting to play hero. Look at the price that one cost. We can only hope this haunts this pigs memories for the rest of his life.

  • @yodawgwoof This 100%.

  • Definately manslaughter...cops always protecting their own...where is the justice

  • Cops should not be allowed to run redlights for a shoplifting call!!

  • Clear Case of Big Brother Protecting Their Own with Bullshit Laws !!! The City there just didn't want to pay a Huge Law Suit !!

  • i saw that at dashcamcrash com

  • Officer was responding to a shoplifting in progress.

The officer was likely reading a text message that had been sent from dispatch in the seconds before the crash. The officer, Amanda Perry, was recruited to the force by personal recommendation from a senior manager, and she was later fired for time card errors. If a cop hires his mistress then he should be held responsible for her conduct. Shoulda kept her and fired him.

  • Didn't catch that, could you slow it down and show me one more time?

  • Police are a waste of money; suicide is cheaper.

  • This is very unfortunate but I look at the video and I see all of the other cars pulled over, allowing the police car to pass. So if they could see, here the cop, this particular car could not?

  • they have a siren for a god damn reason, so fucking use it

  • The lights weren't on or else you would see the reflection on the wet road. And also against the dark colored vehicles as he speeds by.

  • Bitch.

  • If I remember correctly aren't they supposed to slow down at red lights or even stop I never see emergency vehicles blow through red lights like that

  • @jdjas Yes they are. It is their job to make sure that they don't hit someone, or get hit themselves going through red lights. No idea how he was not held responsible.

  • @jdjas yep they are to activate lights and sirens at intersections in most states however i guess not this one

  • Have no idea how they found the officer not guilty, there was sound in this recording but no one heard a siren, who knows if the lights were even on.

  • So, who's guilty here?

  • @gumpwhite I 'm sure there are cases where a frail, elderly driver was killed in a 5mph crash. I also made the assumption you have done no research to this incident. Otherwise, you'd have read Ashley was ejected from her car. 30mph through a window will do that to one not wearing a seat belt. If you reread my comment, you'll see I said nothing about the officer's actions. BUT, I was suggesting Ashley contributed to her own death by not wearing a belt. Please do research before you comment again.

  • @va8097 you would have people believe that the simple oversight of / or possibly forgetting to secure the victims seat belt. somehow made it fair/reasonable for them to die? or their own fault? overlook the very questionable performance of the officer that hit them? and you also lash out at people who mistakenly assumed the officer was male as making themselves look as though they are retarded, and morons. 8097 your badge number or you playing lawyer. hafe the facts are as useless as none.

  • comments.

  • For all you morons who keep calling the officer 'he,' it was a female officer who was driving. Way to make yourselves look retarded. Also, Ashley was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash. Had she been, it undoubtedly would saved her life based on the following facts: 1) the collision occurred on the passenger side of the Corolla and 2) The crash was between 28-32mph and was not fast enough to cause death from the opposite of the driver's side. Read the facts before you make stupid

  • @va8097 haha look who is trying to sound smart... I have you know i have seen deadly wrecks at 5 miles per hour. seat belt or not it could have killed her.. besides... SHE had no sirens on, and she is supposed to yield to the red light til traffic is clear.

  • Is this IDIOT still a police officer?

Hope her family sued the moron.

You MUST GIVE OTHERS OPPORTUNITY TO SEE YOU AND REACT CORRECTLY.

Never count on the siren. Even if sounding, she may not have heard it. (There are deaf drivers.)

Also, some drivers, especially Black females, panic andon't brake. (They mean well and wanto stop but freeze and continue rolling forward.)

  • he shouldv'e slowed his dumb ass down at that red light and maybe, just maybe that lady would still be alive. here in ga, if it is reported that an officer runs a red light with out slowing down and his siren on, he can for get his job no matter how many years he or she has been on the force

  • Okay. One, the officer really should have slowed way down at this intersection prior to crossing it. Two, the other driver should have been paying attention to the police car running code. Three, it's easy to armchair quarterback the mistakes of the officer. Just as easy as being pissed off that the cops aren't there fast enough when you call them.

  • Get over it. It is the responsibility of the public to get out of the way! What you cant hear the insane volume of the sirens, and cant see the police car lit up like a christmas tree..?? Get the fuck outta the way moron, all of you that disagree probly have your fuckin windows rolled up and music blasting...HUH slick move asshole and you say its the officers fault..? OK GROW UP IDIOTS!!!

  • @DjTechnique2011 you are the idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wait till it your family who gets killed you nut!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The cop should be made to pay for the damage to both cars and health costs of the occupant in the car struck plus fired from the force. You dont run wide ass open withOUT lights and sirens. COPS FAULT 100%.

  • @eman20083421 Even if he had lights and sirens going, the police are required to slow down at intersections with a red light and wait for traffic to clear.

  • Cop blew a red-light, kills someone, gets no charges, etc., this shite happens all the time. Cops no longer work for you, you work for them. Remember, we citizens are scum, that's their outlook on it at least.

  • Another fine example of pigs not being held to the same laws as everyone else...14th Amendment?

  • so is this killer cop still on the job?

  • it didnt sound like to me he was running lights and siren.

  • that one that got hit must be stinking rich now after suing the state

  • running a red light is running a light. The police dept in my area says the same regardless if your a officer or not

  • This video shows the cop going through 3 intersects. The first one is high speed, no lights no S didn't even slow down. Went through the 2nd on and hit the lights and brakes AFTER passing the intersection at high speed. she was on the brakes before the 3rd intersect but barely, there was minimal bumper-dive.

This was nothing but reckless and she should have been charged with manslaughter. There is no excuse for this.Too fast for that crowded area and she knew it

  • IN is no different.

We have to certify in emergency driving. Emergency vehicles are bound by the same traffic laws as anyone else... speed limit, everything.

Of course, it's an emergency and getting there fast is priority #2. Getting there is #1.

Several times I remember the senior telling me, "center line, hold it to the floor!"

I could feel my asshole pucker and get stuck to the seat on those runs especially at night equipped with alternating headlights... those sucked

  • The officer was using lights but not the siren! Its still a no no to turn lights on and not activate the siren. The law states, if an officer is to exceed the posted speed limit for any reason he is to activate lights and siren no exceptions!

  • you can tell the cop slowed down.

  • Comment removed

  • Unbelievable that he was not held to blame for this crash - since there were only 2 parties involved, if he was not to blame, by definition that means that she was, which is just insane.

Bad weather, no siren, and running straight through a solid red light. That's manslaughter - pure and simple.

  • @WinchesterRanger I'm usually on law enforcement's side but you are completely right. How could anyone see it any differently. He had total disregard for the other drivers on the road, and because of his ignorance he took a life. He shouldve been punished, if he was a decent cop in the first place he wouldve admitted wrong doing. Nobody owns up to anything anymore it's pathetic. Even if he had his lights/siren on he still had to yield at the red light or did he miss that day they taught that.

  • @TomRock81 Was officer Amanda Perry, a 22 year old female who was recruited to the force through personal recommendation from a senior manager. Officer Perry was responding to a shoplifting in progress, and was likely reading a text message when the accident occured. The text message said that there was no urgency in arriving to the scene. In response, the police department evaded discussion of its policy that permits texting from dispatch when officers are responding to emergencies.

  • probably went to ARD and got off with a slap on the wrists

  • HOPEFULLY THIS OFFICER WILL KILL HERSELF...

  • A few decades ago, I worked for the ambulance service for Miami and Dade Co. We were required to follow all traffic laws: red lighs/signs, speed limits, you-name-it. Of course, routinely, we made rolling stops and exceeded the speed limit, such as the time we got a child drowning call out Chrome Ave in the glades... straight, open road and exceeded 100mph many miles in a raised-roof Cadillac. But Fla law stood and we were not exempt. If we caused an accident, we were guilty, even w-lights/siren.

  • @GalaxyEsAndroid That's sad to hear "with lights and sirens". Anyone with a drowning child would want you to hurry. By the way, I trust the child was saved.

  • @jperini1 No. It was probably a half hour after we arrived when frogmen recovered the boy. It is a very sad horror story.

  • That poor girl. He should of been charged with dangerous driving that resulted in death.

  • so that cop just drove through red lights without his lights flashing? retard

  • Virginia with more of its screwed up laws that protect the criminals.

  • fucking pigs i pray this fucking pig dies

  • I live in Virginia and unfortunately see cops around here going down the road at high rates of speed with no sirens or lights. They're just asking for trouble. Most of the cops around here are idiots anyway. I feel sorry for the girl's family.

  • This is about the 3rd video so far that it was the cops fault and NO jail time.

I;m a over the road truck driver IF we get into a accident like running a red light and kill someone WE go to the big house, why NOT cops cause they have a gun and badge,BS lock em up and throw away the key like they would do to us..

  • Im not a cop hater at all but he should have slowed down and made sure no one was coming, I mean how are drivers suppose to see that coming...

  • The officer was a female, very sad case

  • Protect and serve... each other. How could they find him not guilty? Were it one of us, we'd be sitting in jail, enjoying our vehicular manslaughter. Even if he did have lights and siren on, that gives him right of way, not immunity. But without, how could anybody know? Discretion? Fancy word for "we protect our own."

  • @gtadem RIGHT ON!!!

  • So much for protect and serve.

  • Fuckin cops think they are god, give em a badge an a gun.Unfortunately they can-t fuckin drive. You drive like a maniac u should be tried as one...Badge or not!!

  • If he was in an emergency to be blowing lights, he should have had his sirens on! not only did he blow that light, the light before it was a yellow light and it looked like he had plenty of time to stop for that one as well.. just because your a police officer doesn't give you an excuse to drive like that... :( those poor people.. I have no problems with Police officers infact, I wanted to be one.. But I have a problem with the ones who take advantage of the vehicle and hog the roads!

  • I usually side with the police but he made was wrong here and so was the jury. He should have served jail time for this because he knew that he was running a stale red, he knows that its safer for the public if he runs the lights and siren. If i had done something like this I would resign and beg for the family to forgive me and I would give free classes about police responsibility to public safety to any department that would have me.

  • Still sad, he killed her....

  • Let's see...a collision involving a cop and a - WAIT! if you say collision and cop by God it MUST be the cops fault. What the hell am I thinking that a cop could EVER be in the right. Too many liberals in this country have too many rights and it gives them brass balls thinking that they don't need the police and that they are the definition of evil. How about thanking a cop once in a while istead of the usual "Pig" and other names.

  • @TamperResist a girl died because the cop ran a red light-if it was you or i that was driving through a red light we would be charged with causing death by dangerous driving-or whatever they call it in the states, the policeman was clearly in the wrong and your defending the indefensible,

  • so gay just beacuse cops can speed dosent make them the amazing super drivers they think they are. If there was no law against it id show them how to drive. if they can catch up that is

  • I hope someone killed his family. How the hell can he get away with running through a RED light???? i guess as civilians we're supposed to ASSUME a cop is on a call and slow down at a green light.. SMDH................

  • that's why you americans should not let the police fuck your assholes day after day. stand up and fight police states and capitalism. i wish you all the best. fuck the fuckin police.

  • way to show four replays at the end. dramatic much...

  • thanks for four replays at the end. dramatic much...

  • Maximum speed at intersections is 20km/h here, probably something like that there. It is very hard to crash or get crashed into at 20km/h. But if you want to risk it because you have a green light... well, noone is going to give you a ticket for not slowing down in a green light, but you might not make it to the other side of the road...

  • Continued

For those who don't give a fuck about the police and feel like the cop is at fault no matter what.. That message does not apply to you.

  • @acoachman88 dosnt matter whos right and rong legaly, you simply cant expect people to see you when you blow through a intersection with green lights for crossing traffic

  • For those that don't know, the overhead lights were on the sirens were not (lights represented by the "L"). The officer did slow down (applied brakes represented by the "B") before entering the intersection... The other driver did not see the police cruiser nor did the officer see the incoming car.. Failure to yield to a emergency vehicle would have been the ticket if the driver survived the accident.

Not taking any sides just pointing that out to those who don't know.

    For those who don't g

  • @acoachman88 So everytime we we get a green light we have to pause for 5 seconds to look in all directions to make sure there isn't a cop running through red lights at high speeds without sirens on? Everyone would have missed seeing that cop car...

  • @acoachman88 Bullshit. The Police officer should treat the red light as a give way. He does not have priority over other traffic going through a green light. And to not have sirens on in that situation is madness.

  • Fairfax's fucking police. Lived here for ears and they are not the brightest.

  • This is horseshit. Her family should sue the state for negligence. There is no reason the officer shouldn't have been using sirens in this case. It's a really bad law. The officer wasn't stalking a suspect (in which case the absence of sirens may make sense),....... she was responding to a fight. There is no reason the cop shouldn't of had the sirens on.

  • that cop should be laying in a grave right now but no a young girl has to die becaus of a peice of shit cop like you

  • Excessive length. Too many replays.

  • Funny if you knew what you were talking about there was lights on . The camera also tell you when the brakes are being applied. Under the FCNTY it has the L for lights and B for brakes.

  • @timboslice0725 SO how many time have you missed seeing things! The siren makes you pay attention ! the cop was at fault for running the red light!

  • @KC8YOQ half the people here in america ignore the sirens because of stereos makeup etc etc the fact is this was a tragic accident and his lights were running

  • @pastorgeorgem Doesn't matter if his lights WERE on he still needed to slow for the RED light he had to make sure it was clear!

  • this motherfucker should burn in hell

  • To protect n serve my ass..These pigs are all on a power trip,an we americans have entirely to many cops..We dont need that many cops that people who smoke fuckin weed are locked up..Rapists,murder,robbers ya know bad guys should be the only ones we need in jail..

  • It wouldn't have mattered how many lights were flashing on that police car, the driver going through the intersection could not see them because of the line of stopped cars at the light. I've been in that situation before and almost got t-boned by a cop. As far as the civilian's car was concerned, they were going through a solid green light and all side traffic was sitting there stopped. Even with a siren, I doubt the civilian would've seen the cop in time. May they rest in peace.

  • Gosh this breaks my heart for the lady's family and friends.

  • It didn't sound like he was code 3 and ran a red light. I'll bet the write up didn't take full responsibility for it. 2nd Degree Vehicular Manslaughter would have been the citizens arrest.

  • The cop went through a yellow light people.

  • @DanielDaniel1 Big fucking deal, yellow light means stop, if you are going onto the intersection whilst the yellow is on, you can get pulled over. No sirens = death. No matter what light it is.

  • @Tr3vaSL3R

WOW, that is completely incorrect! Let me quote the dmv handbook.

"STEADY YELLOW: The light is changing from green to red. Be ready to stop for the red light."

"STEADY RED: Stop. Do not go until the light is green. If a green arrow is shown with the red light, you may go only in the direction of the arrow and only if the way is clear."

That's from the NY dmv handbook btw. Did you really think that there wasn't a difference??

  • @Tr3vaSL3R

    Yellow means "Proceed With Caution."

The weird thing is, the cruiser had the brakes on at that yellow intersection and didn't even touch the brake at the red light. I often give the police the benefit of a doubt, but here they clearly plowed through the intersection; plainly in the wrong.

  • In California, an officer may be charged with vehicular homicide if he/she doesn't slow down at a red light and look. It's just common sense.

  • When the cure is worse than the disease, I'd rather take my chances with the sickness!!! A speeder wrecking into someone & killing them will result in at least a Manslaughter charge....why not this criminal? Just because he wears a badge & gun shouldn't insulate him from his criminal acts!! He should have his lights & siren on at least through the intersections!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!

  • can you plz replay that in slo-mo one more time?, i think i missed something in the 3400 previous slo-mo replays...

  • just the other day i was driving and had to slow down because a cop car with no siren or lights on, drove into my lane to pass another car.

  • sad I dont know how the cop can live with himself its ridiculouse that he did not get sentence just because he is a cop

  • the doughnuts can wait.

  • fuckin cops

  • cop should get the electric chair...all of them should really...pigs

  • This is why I look down every street.

  • @tilmo12 they do make them they are called opticoms and they are made by 3M... Minnesota and a few other states have them... states that dont have them dont have the money to install them on all traffic signals and police departments dont have to money to install the transmitter... however they work AMAZING... a signal is sent from approaching emergency vehicles turning on a white flashing light and changes the traffic light so the emergency vehicle gets a green light and everyone else has red

  • What's with repeating the last section over and over?

  • Her family received 1.5 million dollars in the case, and the officer later resigned.

  • her family received 1.5 million dollars in the case, and the officer later resign.

  • Excuse me?!! Yes the cop is to blame, call or no call.. You not running with lights or siren YOU MUST SLOW DOWN AND CLEAR TRAFFIC, this is taught in ALL emergency driving classes countrywide. He clearly did not do this and in doing so he risked the lives of the people in that car.

  • @lightpaws25 you cant say no lights or siren... you cant see if his lights are on...lol a correct statement would say, while running with no siren... still cops fault though..

  • @lightpaws25 even with lights or sirene, you dont run a red light at that speed

  • @lightpaws25 FYI L on the cam clearly proves his light bar was operational at the time of the incident however no sirens were heard he was in code 3 none the less so research this further this is what we call an accident albeit tragic but none the less he had his light bar on

  • @lightpaws25 He didn't risk anyone's lives. He actually took one. :(

  • Shit happens, one less person in the world. it might suck but it happens. I think way too many people take driving to lightly now and days, they are too comfortable with it and get lazy. I still drive with the up most attention to everything I can see or hear. Accidents happen. because people are not perfect and are far from it and never will be close to it. We have enough people in the world, one less ain't killing nobody. Its harsh but its life.

  • @Zurikon And your an ass. I would bet that your mis-guided opinion would be different if it was Your Wife, Son, Daughter or Family member.

  • @JVPRCNG Shit like this happens. It will always happen. Maybe my opinion might change if it were someone close to me but seeing how it is not and more than likely will never be, I can have this opinion. You may not like it and i don't care. Also you covered wife, son, and father in the "family member" statement.

  • @Zurikon

    you a hole

  • Im a truck driver on the roads 60-70 hours a weeks when most people are on the road 1-2 hours a day ... Shit happens to people of all professions. A cop had an accident and we have to demonize him when Washington D.C. traffic reports an accident almost every 20 mins. This is rare and its bound to happen sometime .. get a fucking life you cop hating liberal

  • @birsterj

A trucker, of all people, defending this cop's driving. That's absolutely rich.

  • Правильно! Не хуй по красному ездить, даже если ты на панде.

  • I'm a police officer and I'll say that I cannot, nor WILL NOT, defend the actions of this particular officer. According to the video title, someone died for Christ sakes! The officers carelessness/recklessness caused the death of another. Sure, it was a mistake but nonetheless, the officer MUST face the same penalties that any other citizen would have to face. There are VERY, VERY, VERY few, IF ANY emergencies that would excuse that type of driving by a police officer.

  • Does not matter that the cop was responding to a call, they should still use caution when ever crossing a RED LIGHT at an intersection. He was not paying attention at that moment. Like it or not redthunder80 the officer is at fault.

  • I can't believe the number of responses that are trying to defend the officer. Despite whether or not the lights and siren were on, this officer caused an unecessary death that could have been avoided. She recklessly proceeded into a red light intersection. There would have been no way for the car approaching from the left to see the cop car in time. While I do not know of the adrenalin that may cloud an officer's judgement, I do drive for a living and have learned to expect the unexpected.

  • @redthunder80 how do u not expect not 2 get hit by going through a blind intersection with no sirens with a red light n not end up in a accident, he didnt even apply the brakes, a incident person died because of this pig

  • Does anyone realize the shit emergency vehicles have to deal with

???? LISTEN DURING THE VIDEO!!! The officer was responding to a call... all the vehicles on the left had stopped!!! EXCEPT FOR ONE!!!!!!!! People need to realize... shit happens to good people all the fucking time!!!! There is no ryme or reason... it just happens!!! You cannot blame the cop. The car came into frame at the last FUCKING second!!!!!! What if you were the driver????
