East Turkistan people lived in Central China for centuries, Han Chinese were minor settlers there along with 14 or so different tribes. The whole area was governed locally without central China's governance that's whay it was called "Autonomous Governmance" . Only after loosing Outer Mogolia to independence, Mao decided to send very large amount of army, settlers to Xiangjiang and Tibet to force inclusion. That's where it stands right now. What is the basis for your curt and dumb ass statements?
