flip, watching Michaels Thoma's face, I cant stop the tears, knowing the story of how the cast knew and seeing Michaels face, sad yet content, you can tell he was a great man, he has a friendly face and loved by those he worked with. RIP Michael, and SusanB444, Im really sorry for the loss of your sister, they are both back together in heaven now.
This show was wonderful.. in the 80's I was a teenager who was being bullied and Fame was my escape. i wanted nothing more to learn to play piano like bruno.. it took over 20 yrs but it happened.. rip michael and gene anthony ray.. forever in my </3
Michael Thoma was my brother in law. He was a great and talented man. Sadly, his death was so hard for my sister that in a number of years after he died, she also died. To see him on this video clip really brings up a lot of memories and sadness. I have several of his Broadway posters.
@SusanB444 Please know that I was a huge fan of the show. Even as a teenager I could see his talent. He was simply amazing & just added that "extra" love for fame. He will truly, truly be missed. So sorry for you lost. Love from the Boogie down Bronx, NYC....
I am so sorry for your loss. I love Mr. Thoma's character on Fame.Loved this particular show. This song was one of my favorites as well as Desdamona and Fames theme. I am watching Fame on OVTV as I type this. What a great gift he had shared with us. I am sorry for the loss of your sister as well. :))
