@OBDoregonbuddaily if you're blowing axles with a K04, then they're not OEM, I can guarantee that. Are you getting rebuilts or brand new from VW? If you're getting them from the local parts store, they're Chinese knock-offs. The Chinese do not use the same quality materials that the Germans do with the OEMs. If they are OEM and you are really breaking them, then I highly suggest going with Raxles or DSS uprated replacements. They're not cheap, but are made for up to 500whp or more. Good luck!
Im curious as to why you are spiking boost. If im not mistaken, it looks like you are hitting 25psi then dropping down to 22, how is that happening with a externally gated WG?? . Same thing in all gears... wtf?
Yea I know, it sucks. I've got a boost leak from my manifold and downpipe. I'm going to be getting a new top mount setup within the next month or so. Should take care of that problem. :)
As of now I don't think I can afford any major upgrades until next year, but I was thinking of getting a chip put in, probably a 3" exhaust and a cold air intake. Prob by next summer I can start to go big. Thanks for the reply!
Knock on wood I don't. My torque is not instant like yours. that's what snaps them.
