Like he doens't do it on God Called In sick today anymore because that would strain his vocals to sing the entire chorus but he'll do it on a few lyrics here and there.

If you noticed during God Called In Sick concert the chorus isn't sang in the "angry growl" wa is was now tis higher because it easier on his voice otherwise if he kept scremaing he would ruined he's been screaming for many years and its harder for him to now but he still screams during concert.

He had surgery twice. Once during the latter half of the StS tours and then during the DU tours. His voice has regained a great deal of strength, however it is in a lower register than what it once was.

He had his first surgical procedure in 2005, he said it was a horrible experience in a recent interview.
