Love the video, Dana is actually one of my favorite and first Ashtanga Vinyasa teachers when I used to live in SD and she is an amazing instructor. You will definitely learn a lot and grow as a teacher with her being your guide :)

When I watch this video it makes me really want to do the teacher training with Dana. This is probably the best way to really increase your yoga practice and move to the next level.
