Well, seeing that mostly all of the photos were of stars when they were much younger, it should be common sense that maybe their facial structure changed as they aged, and that sometimes photos are photoshopped, which can give the appearance of plastic surgery. The one of Cher must have had a gap of like 40 years. Who cares if stars get surgery. Everyone gets it, but I don't see you making these videos for them. Why should someone famous be any different? They are still human.
