  • Whaaat ??? You've just Landed that BIG Things in that kind of Weather ??? COOL. I want to be a pilot tooo T...T

  • How was that any different to other landings?

  • like a boss

  • I love your channel!

  • Those engines sound amazing, better than a GE90

  • I've seen the exact same thing when i went to paris a while ago. I was driving on the highway and a a380 from Air France was on approach in these weather conditions. The vapor on the wings was just amazing ! wish i could have parked on the highway !ha

  • That's a great video. It amazws me how something that big can get off the ground. makes the 744 there look very ancient.

  • Woooow.... That's a really good video dude

  • wow..must be a very professional pilot

  • Look at all that condensation on the wings! Damn, low pressure, you're scary!

  • I love QANTAS!

  • isnt this somat terrorists do filming planes as they land so they know when to hijack them

  • @ROCK1NNROLL1N usually, if you want to hijack a plane, you should at least be on board

  • what a beautiful plane

  • i love qantas

  • Beautiful

  • What video camera did you use as it is very good quality and i am looking for one my self

  • Perfect approach and touchdown.

  • I would not want to land behind one of those in my Symphony. Talk about wake turbulence.

  • whats that white stuff on the wings?!

  • @NaughtyLover92 it's water condensation caused by lower pressure area above the wing

  • @NaughtyLover92 Condensation.

  • thumbs up for the kangeroo

  • love rainy day landings...

  • WOW......................nice. Love QANTAS too.

  • I did i enjoyed it alot.

  • I know that it sounds stupid but I always get amazed of large aircrafts. The only reason why they are flying is that you have lower pressure above the wing than under it. Physics, the function of the wing. However such a huge object flying keeps amazing me anyhow. Great pieces of engineering, a fine display of how advanced flight has become. Thank you for sharing.

  • Nice, I've always wanted to see an A380 land in the rain! :)

  • good lord and to think it even gets off the ground

  • Awesome video of the beast A380. Amazing that aircraft can fly in such conditions.

  • brilliant fotage! loved the plane on final with the water streaming off the wing...was excellent, great position aswell!

  • WOW!!!

  • why is it that the wings get covered by fog and not the whole plane?

  • @a380j its cause of the vortecies

  • I like the air distorsion on the wings!

  • A380 VIDEOS = AWESOME VIDEOS!

  • @636555530 : It might be due to the high humidity on the air (due to the rain). The low pressure area above the wings causes the water droplets to flash in to water vapor, as soon as the vapor leaves this low pressure area above the wing normal atmospheric presure takes over again and the vapor condensates into water making it disappear

  • Low pressure above the wing causes the temperature to drop which in turn causes moisture in the air to condense giving the look of steam - generally called ectoplasm by pilots.

  • always there at the right time........FABULOUS

  • condensation?

  • yep

  • WoooW

I think Australia Landed on that runway ! LoL :)

  • wow very beautiful !

  • Im gonna fly in this in a month! Business :D

  • Hi SavageDoorknob,

Thanks for the comment. It's much appreciated.

You know if you liked this video I highly recommend the video with the same title but with /2 instead of /1. This shows the QANTAS A380 fly right overhead coming into land at Heathrow with an amazing down draft as she passes by.

    A must see!

  • Nice. Great work by the pilot landing in that dreary London weather.

  • Very nice weather and aircraft. Definately best video of the Qantas a380 on youtube

  • Hi phatomworks23,

Thanks for the comment it's very much appreciated. I just wanted to draw your attention to my other QANTAS videos which includes a QANTAS A380 flying overhead and a longer feature video which includes a QANTAS A380 and 747. If you check out my QANTAS HD playlist you'll see them.

    Thanks again for the comment!

  • right after i commented this video i saw those videos. There all good and im also a big fan of Qantas's 747's and A380's.
