Get to the gym at least 5 times a week doing hardcore cardio and stop eating so many carbs and desserts and you will notice results :)

hey babs, i was in florida and saw publix everywhere...i got to say u guyses groceries (not only publix but in general) is so overpriced! We have so much more stuff in California and way cheaper, I was very surprised by the difference.

I believe it.... we have another chain called Winn Dixie (a lot of stores are closing though) and there prices are just a tad bit cheaper but not much.... between food and prescription drugs there's like nothing left over for makeup!! ~Babs~
