I keep forgetting to thank you for the excellent quality of your product. Everyone who comes to my barbecues can't get enough to eat and my neighbors walking by look like starving wolves when I slow cook.
When I cook steaks, I normally leave the lid closed on each side for a couple minutes, long enough for the steaks to not stick. After that I'll open the lid and flip the steaks every fifteen to twenty seconds. I'm not a believer in minimizing the flipping. Try it some time.
You are only suppose to turn Steaks ONCE ! and then Leave Them alone! Only move them 1/4 turn to create the '' Diamond " Grille Marks! Alot of the famous Steak House Restaurants don't even turn the steaks over. They just re-position the Steaks to get the grill markings

@bcdhifi It's his company. Just google Craycort grate. I own one (with some accessories) for my Weber and the smaller version for my Smokey Joe. Huge improvement for the Weber!
Great grates!! I keep forgetting to thank you for making such an excellent product!
