The story about laboring over technical stuff in their studio explains a lot about why Filth Pig sounds the way it does. It has a raw jammed out feeling to it...less industrial and more conventional but in the best possible way. Al & Paul are both super intelligent guys and Paul is right about Filth Pig...it's their swan song...best record to date. AL seems poised and eloquent here...a real classy guy.
