"The Time is Over" is not good grammar. It doesn't make sense. There is NO such thing as "time is over." AND if you place "THE," it becomes Konglish.

"Be The Reds!" Korea printed MILLIONS of these shirts! Why didn't they get some kind of English grammar consulting before they did that?

I can go on and on. Why are Koreans so stubborn?! If you want to mass market yourself in English...then do it properly!
