Patsy was a beauty queen once and Jonbenet wanted to get into pageants too - she enjoyed it and was something she shared with her mother. If you watch all their interviews, you will see thru to their pain. Do your research then comment.

Of course there was no ransom phone call because the ransom plan and everything associated with it was abandoned in the house: the ransom note, the pad of paper, the pen, the duct tape, the rope, the broken paintbrush, & Jonbenet. If you watch the program on A&E with Bill Curtis he says: it's like to crimes collided inside the house - this makes sense that it started out foolishly as a kidnapping then turned into a homicide instead. I hope they solve this case for the sake of the Ramsey family.

John refused to take polygraphs. Neither of them cooperated with investigators. When they agreed to let investigators come out to ATL to question them, the investigators would get there and the Ramsey's would be in-flight to who knows where.

In my opinion the Ramsey's did it and they knew just what they were doing...purposely invited friends over nearly right after they discovered the kidnapping in order to destroy any strange footprints/fingerprints and purposely making sure it was John who found JonBenet and brought her upstairs for Patsy to see so that any fingerprints could be justified. It doesn't take a genius to know the best thing to do would be to preserve any and all evidence, not invite all your friends over to soil it.

But not because they actually killed the person, it usually surrounds smaller, or perhaps big things that they think contributed, or just plague their conscience. @jklfds85 Motive - exactly! There is no motive - I can't find one. By all accounts they were great parents, involved with their kids, lived a very comfortable life and no history of violence. But with the police after them, then the media next onboard to exploit and twist every detail, then the public thinks they did it too - how could they fight all that? They were fighting for their lives - they had to get on TV to speak for themselves because others were twisting the facts.

The evidence turns to the crime, who the criminals had to have stayed in the house, there was no trace evidence of a break in, and there were no footprints left in the snow anywhere around the house. Any evidence leading suspicion away from the Ramseys is either not admissible or has other possible explanations, eg. they were at a party the night of the murder, Patsy or Jonbenet could have picked up the unidentified DNA there and transferred it when Patsy changed Jonbenet for bed. Sadly, what evidence there is in this case was so badly contaminated by poor crime scene preservation that I doubt that the existing evidence would even be allowed if ANYONE were to eventually be brought to trial.
