I love the iphone because it doesn't lag, all other devices I've tried which uses android usually feels a bit slow and laggy, I guess if you're used to android it doesn't bother you because you're used to it and the lag is quite small, but If I use an android device for a while (not just a couple of minutes) and then switch over to an iphone I can definitively feel and notice a speed and smoothness difference. I just get the feeling that android is badly optimized or something.

Hers is so slow and many things that she used-to use such as Bluetooth and choosing to use a song as a notification tone she misses. I have yet to show her that Android has had its siri for years before Apple bought the rights to SRI's AI app. A jailbroken any-iFone is still less 'open' than a stock-standard un-rooted (jailbroken) Android phone. Get your facts straight. So the GS2 is more open.

I love the iphone because it doesn't lag, all other devices I've tried which uses android usually feels a bit slow and laggy, I guess if you're used to android it doesn't bother you because you're used to it and the lag is quite small, but If I use an android device for a while (not just a couple of minutes) and then switch over to an iphone I can definitively feel and notice a speed and smoothness difference. I just get the feeling that android is badly optimized or something.

@klurkzak No, dumbass. The Apple Youtube app was about a half of a second faster. Maybe because the SGSII has a bigger screen. The actual video was way faster on the Galaxy SII. iPhone buffered. Anyway, the video on the SGSII was way better with the gorgeous AMOLED screen. No competition.

@klurkzak If you notice, the galaxy s2's youtube app is much more demanding than Iphones. all the iphone had to do was load a white screen with words. the galaxy s2 loaded pictures and more intricate layout. the galaxy s2's processor has a much higher clock speed than the 4s.
