  • Do they still have that type of train?

  • The only place you can ride these trains on the main line is between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier, the loco on the front is only used to rescue the units if they fail, although the loco has run in passenger service on the line to Lymington Pier branch twice. There are some other locos that are used for engineers trains and on the Kent area for d-icing duties.

  • there not usally diverted through there usally its only 2 diagrams through kingston waterloo - sheapperton and waterloo to waterloo via loop

  • Have u been to kingston eaarly morning and seen 458s 450s and 455s ?? because its on your fotopic site and i live near that line

  • Yes i did have a trip over to the Kingston line on a Sunday morning after my last night turn for the week to get the 450's & 458's on the diverted Reading & Windsor & Eton Riverside services.
