I've frozen my butt off on the street every new year since I can remember. It's not the new year without mummers! My people are in avalon, but I do have a special place in my heart for Quaker City.
I gotta love Vanna's outfit......The Quaker City String Band plays the closing theme......i miss the old puzzle board and the automatic wheel spinning, and the "diamond" backdrops......is that from 1992, the same year Wheel celebrates 10th Anniversary.
Exact date: November 20, 1992.

I remember seeing Wheel of Fortune in Philadelphia at the Walcovia Center in 2004 and they did not have performances like they did in the mid 1990's.

I think I remember when WHEEL OF FORTUNE was in Philadelphia during that time. It was also when they were doing some puzzles featuring Red Letters.

You can tell by Pat's hair that this is from 1992, around the early part of the season.
