  • I love this film and this scene is great

  • One of the rare instances where a movie is better than a book. I'd recommend reading the book as it goes quickly but it's missing the aesthetic melancholy and tonal vibrancy of this movie :)

  • i really love this movie, but the music reminds me of clint mansell's the fountain soundtrack. i wonder if anyone else thought so too.....

  • The most beautiful film I've ever seen....!

  • Perfect consummation of tragedy.

  • King Colin <3

  • One of the best movies I have ever seen. Beautifully written, beautifully acted. I have watched it over and over again and cry from beginning to end. COLIN FIRTH is the greatest actor ever. He deserved the Academy Award for this movie.

  • oh man ANOTHER incredible ending :) Just saw the ending to never let me go :P

  • i lovee, LOVEEE THIS MOVIE AND SOUNDTRACK.. just beautiful

  • This film would be NOTHING without that fucking soundtrack. That soundtrack is the greatest whole piece of music I have ever heard.

  • every second of this movie i had the almost on edge but calm feeling. like there was so much beauty i havent seen int the world and im angry at myself for not finding it, but just knowing that it is out there is a good feeling

  • I had to experience what Firth's character had to experience in the movie and I can only say that everything I still desire is to be granted his end in the movie. If only God was so merciful to me.

  • Why did I ever wait so long to see this movie? I thought I wouldn't care for it, I guess, although I love Colin Firth. It was an amazing, beautiful movie, smartly written & Colin F. was just amazing & absolutely deserved the Oscar. I don't think I've ever seen him so wonderful or handsome. His smile was absolutely beautiful. What a great movie. ...Oh, & I definitely cried. What a stunner.

  • @soxnation3419 This movie took place on November 30th, 1962.

  • who has a fire in the middle of summer in cali?!?!

  • What's the meaning of the owl?

  • @VthatsME

It's an native american saying: "the owl called me name" before the arrival of your death.

  • @pjones12ful Thank you! I didn't know that, I just presumed the owl was important because after seeing him, the speech begins. I presume George doesn't know he is about to die, because in his speech he lets go of his suicidal plan.

  • @VthatsME It's an native american saying: "the owl called my name" before your death.

  • A la fin est ce qu'il se suicide ? Que veut dire ce blanc ?

  • io speravo morisse il ragazzino... odio quell'attore...

  • So after he decides to live...he gets a heart attack and dies........when are they going to make the astoundingly happy gay movie where the guy gets the guy and live happily ever after...A little fantasy is a good thing sometimes...I gave this movie 3 out of 5 stars.

  • @goodgirlkay watch "Shelter" the one about the surfers.....:)

  • @goodgirlkay So youre saying that writing a happy ending takes much fantasy?

  • ''That soft luminosity filtering through the curtains was love itself. Tears came into my eyes. I got up and walked around the room. I recognized the room, and yet I knew that I had never truly seen it before. Everything was fresh and pristine, as if it had just come into existence.''

    Tolle, The power of now

  • Amazing book. Amazing movie.

  • For me, very touching scene. After spending the evening in a bar, I went to my literature teacher´s place. We slept in a same bed, but he snored so badly I had to take his bathrobe and go to the sofa to get some sleep. After few hours he came to me, still a bit drunk, still dark, saying ´morning´ and sitting next to me. That was the first time I saw his tattoo. One of the most beautiful moments of my life.

  • @FemmeBaer Wat
