It's not special that I know of really. Just a new formula with a tiny wand thing. The packaging has some glitter on the outside, but I asked my MA about the correlation between dazzlelash and dazzleglass, and he said there is none.

you should get that blush, its from the red she said collection. Anyways- dazzlelash, i think they just made the packaging spiffy by adding sparkle, but there is not any sparkle in the product, it wouldn't be safe to have glitter in mascara b/c it could easily get in the eye, so i don't think they could pull that off. although they do with liners and such, but who knows. It is just marketing, supposed to define and length, to make lashes "dazzle."

I use to pull on my eye while putting liner on, but thats when i used a 97 cents non-creamy pencil. But now that I use urban decay pencil liner and since its creamy, I kinda put it on like a liquid liner. So if your liner is creamy, you could use that technique. With the water line, I just tilt head forward, looking up in the mirror and line my waterline with my urban decay liner.

I have the same issue with the eye pulling while putting on eyeliner (and I'm a few years older and don't have wrinkles from it yet, and that's w/ 20 years of gentle pulling) but I did see another tutorial where they actually kind of pull up to keep the eyelid firm. It's hard to describe, but if you close your eye and kind of put a finger on or above your crease and lightly lift it really helps. Thanks for all the tips and tutorials you put out there for us all!
