well atm NATO is manly funded only by USA which itself is in a hard position and we europen countries really suck atm because can't provide 2% of our GDP to NATO and that's why NATO has weakened so invading NK would be pretty impossible ,but i guess if whole world decided that's it's important to free NK that would be possible i guess, but as we all know such things are pretty impossible in the world that we live in.

@sysoff No, Communism would be some society where things were agreed and shared without the violence and exclusion this society has. Communism meant Karl Marx's rejection of economic ownership, which he thought was the biggest symptom of social exclusion and classes. North Korea realized that and ended up in a new kind, symbolic Capitalist repression. The West is also Capitalist in an economic way. Communism comes only when all kinds of repression, exclusion and segregation is over.

It is a horrible mistake to think that the rejection of private economic ownership run by a totalitarian control system can be Communist.
