@bobetina9 I guess a little bit it depends. I am also 15 years old and 173 cm height. I'm 116 lbs (boy). Ofcourse, It also depends on your muscle mass. Just go on a diet and do cardio excersises. Nutrition is vitaly important. Eat a lot of protein and lower your carbohydrate intake and you will loose that weight in no time :)
