What happend if you extract a red tumor ?

It can't be "extracted," per se. But if you try to drain a red tumor, it will cause an outbreak of toxic gas, making the patient's vitals drop significantly.

Also, if you have any scars, the tumors that were there will regenerate.

uh, no, they will not. They'll get inflamed with 5 big inflamations, and will have blood pools. Not good when your on the last one.

Anyway, this game seems to be... Eh. REALLY short missions, weird storyline...

They're only short because a pro is doing the mission. When you play it yourself, especially the first time, you'll probably take an average of 3-5 minutes per operation. Not to mention you'll probably die a lot unless you're quick on doing a healing touch in emergencies cause they're lots of "surprise" injuries that pop out of no where. The game is really good, get the game the you haven't.

short= Not a chance in hell. Especially if you like to 'abuse' and get high ranks. If you do it perfect and fast like he did, you can beat the game in probaly under 2 hours. But I mean, it's possible to be Super Mario 64 in under two hours, but is that a short game?

Oh, and missions where you have to abuse usually are a BITCH to do.

People assume its easy to abuse once you know the trick. Nope. Cardia abusing is just a pain, because there's just so much that can go wrong in 10 minutes where you have to be quick (tumor removal miss, bad suture, etc.). Also, some tricks are very hard to find. I'll give you a pat on the back if you can tell me how to abuse Onyx missions (hint: you still get an XS for it, so simply letting it attack is out of the question)
