I think Windows 7 can edit MOV files. But I could be wrong. I know Sony vegas can edit MOV files.

To tell you the truth, i dont know. but what i do know is that you can edit, cut, and combine clips straight from the camera.

Unfortunately, you can't! You have to buy extra software to convert the MP4 to other files that are compatible to WMM.

obviously you like it better than the flip mino. . . my two questions are: 1. How's the battery life? 2. is it true, that you can't edit your video on pc? Your video was the best review i've seen about xacti cg10!

Shooting in HD drains the life out of the battery (1-2 hours of filming tops) my tip is to by a extra lithium ion battery. im not sure if you cant edit this on PC, but you can combine vids and cut some parts out of a video straight from the camera.
