Now listen to what you might not have heard probably, Allah has revealed 99 names for himself in the Quran, together called as Asma-ul-Husna (The Beautiful Names), and no body hides those names. They are clearly mentioned in the Quran for everyone to see and know. I would give you the list but since the writing space here is so little, I'll mention just two of them. Ar Rahman and Ar Raheem.

@SuperPricil Well, that is the problem with Christianity you see, they put stock in translations. The Arabic word used is Injeel. There are four revelations of Allah known to us today, The Torah (revealed to Moses PBUH), The Zubur (revealed to David PBUH), The Injeel (revealed to Jesus PBUH) and the Quran (revealed to Muhammad PBUH). Now no Muslim is a Muslim unless he believes in the divine origin of the earlier three books also.
@SuperPricil The point however is that, Allah sends another Prophet for humankind when the teachings of the earlier prophet have been corrupted and lost, in order to correct what has changed and to re-establish the the law that He had ordained. Another part of the Quran also says that all the earlier prophets were specific to a certain people and for a specific period. But as the Quran is the final revelation and Muhammad PBUH the final prophet, this is to remain till the end of time.

The Imam who is their spiritual leader is he who leads people to take to the streets to pray their god named Allah! @SuperPricil To begin with, there is no concept of Imams as spiritual leaders in Islam. The only authority capable of wielding spiritual leadership over Muslims is The Office of Caliph, which is to be the central headquarters (both spiritual and political) of all the Muslims in the world. But Prophet Muhammad PBUH had said once that the Caliphate will end in a few generations after his death and the Muslims will be without a central authority. And it happened like that.
@SuperPricil Now that the Caliphate doesn't exist, every Muslim requires to take up the responsibility for his own knowledge about Deen (meaning Quran and Hadith)..... Secondly, Allah is the name of God not only in Islam but also in Christianity and Judaism. What most people read today are translations of the Bible and so they know God as just God and not Allah.

Quite similar isn't it, that is because Hebrew and Arabic are sister languages and Ellai and Allah are so both the same. you might have also heard about Elohim. Eloh in hebrew is Ilah in Arabic. 'im' adds supremeness or veneration to Eloh, making it Elohim. 'Al' in arabic is 'the'. Used for similar reasons as 'im'. Al Ilah makes up Allah.

The Quran has an entire chapter on bibi Maryam (Peace and Blessings be upon her) The name of the chapter itself is Maryam. It not only speaks about her, but also about her mother Hannah bint Faqudh, a very pious lady and her father Imran. It speaks about how Hannah bint Faqudh prayed to Allah to give her a boy, but she delivered a girl.

Hi, I'm a guy from Nepal and a hindu. I've watched numerous videos of Dr. Zakir Naik and have come to know that he's a great learned man and has sharp memory. He memorized the whole quran but left out the most important point . HE FORGOT TO LOVE ALLAH which is true in case of all muslim bro. and sisters too. Hindu never treats his beloved god as his master nor gets scared with. The main theory of hinduism is loving god , adoring him and always remembering him. To do this one neither needs to go to temple nor read any holy books with fear. Just love him from the depth of your heart and always feel him around wherever you go. But, ofcourse Hindu do worship thousands of god but it's not love for them. hinduism talks about the creation of universe and different heavenly bodies and too talks about different yonis ( types of creatures found in different planets and heavenly bodies in universe). The different gods that a common hindu man worship are the owners of these planets and they too are living creatures like human. These so called gods do die and can born as human and vice versa as one's deeds.
This worship is a kind of thanks offered to these so called god for what they've offered to human beings. For e.g Sun is worshipped as god for the light and heat he offered to us. There's god for water for offering water to us. Tree , stones, land, moon ,etc are worshipped( thanks given) for their respective virtues that benefited living creatures on earth. But above all there's only one eternal god whom we love immensly and wish to go to his world.
This worship is a kind of thanks offered to these so called god for what they've If u read hindu scriptures, it is mentioned that heaven is the useless place to go. None holy books on hinduism recommends you to go to heaven becoz even if you go to heaven, one day u again have to drop down to earth. So there's one more place beyond heaven where all of us try to go and that is our beloved lord's house where we can meet our 'govind' and never need to come back again.
So the main principle of hinduism is breaking the cycle of life and death and meeting the beloved lord. To meet my dear lord, I need to love him and to love him I need to know and see him. But since I haven't seen him, how can I love him? And the answer is: know him through the sacred scriptures(Vedas) and imagine his idol to love him. Idol can be in any form, imagine his idol in any form that attracts you and you can remember. And this is the main reason behind adoring an idol in hinduism.

Now listen to what you might not have heard probably, Allah has revealed 99 names for himself in the Quran, together called as Asma-ul-Husna (The Beautiful Names), and no body hides those names. They are clearly mentioned in the Quran for everyone to see and know. I would give you the list but since the writing space here is so little, I'll mention just two of them. Ar Rahman and Ar Raheem.

There are four revelations of Allah known to us today, The Torah (revealed to Moses PBUH), The Zubur (revealed to David PBUH), The Injeel (revealed to Jesus PBUH) and the Quran (revealed to Muhammad PBUH). Now no Muslim is a Muslim unless he believes in the divine origin of the earlier three books also.

@SuperPricil The point however is that, Allah sends another Prophet for humankind when the teachings of the earlier prophet have been corrupted and lost, in order to correct what has changed and to re-establish the the law that He had ordained. Another part of the Quran also says that all the earlier prophets were specific to a certain people and for a specific period. But as the Quran is the final revelation and Muhammad PBUH the final prophet, this is to remain till the end of time.

@SuperPricil To begin with, there is no concept of Imams as spiritual leaders in Islam. The only authority capable of wielding spiritual leadership over Muslims is The Office of Caliph, which is to be the central headquarters (both spiritual and political) of all the Muslims in the world. But Prophet Muhammad PBUH had said once that the Caliphate will end in a few generations after his death and the Muslims will be without a central authority. And it happened like that.

Secondly, Allah is the name of God not only in Islam but also in Christianity and Judaism. Sadly however, the Christians do not know that because they have never read the Bible in the language it was originally written in. What most people read today are translations of the Bible and so they know God as just God and not Allah.

@SuperPricil When Jesus was nailed on the cross, he uttered this, Ellai Ellai LamaTaraktani. This in Arabic is the same as Allah Allah LamaSabaktani. Quite similar isn't it, that is because Hebrew and Arabic are sister languages and Ellai and Allah are so both the same. you might have also heard about Elohim. Eloh in hebrew is Ilah in Arabic. 'im' adds supremeness or veneration to Eloh, making it Elohim. 'Al' in arabic is 'the'. Used for similar reasons as 'im'. Al Ilah makes up Allah.

The Quran has an entire chapter on bibi Maryam (Peace and Blessings be upon her) The name of the chapter itself is Maryam. It not only speaks about her, but also about her mother Hannah bint Faqudh, a very pious lady and her father Imran. None holy books on hinduism recommends you to go to heaven becoz even if you go to heaven, one day u again have to drop down to earth. My dear muslim bro. and sisters, hinduism is not as simple as your religion that can be known by a single book. It's a big science and there are thousands of mysteries and reasons behind each act. U can't just know hinduism by going through a single book. U need to do a lot of research my friend. And I wonder how Dr. Naik can say that he understood vedas and hinduism.
