  • dumbasses. they are from Selkirk in the Borders.

  • only just tapped into this band.......sound and feeling to this song is great.

  • @cronas2

if you get a chance to see them live...do it! they are so fucking awesome! :)

  • are they an irish band? i caught a bit of an accent halfway through.

  • @alternativeXnoise No they are Scottish

  • thats the gregs from the old opticians sign in Kelvingrove Art Gallery.....ironically in Glasgow...

  • @euanstrath You don't know what ironically means.

  • @ArmoredFelix You don't know what he's talking about.

  • @LostKeysOnARainyDay Ironically doesn't mean coincidentally. It mean opposite of what is to be expected. A Jew in a SS uniform whilst hilariously ironic is not coincidental. They are in Scotland. They were/are based in Glasgow. Where is the irony in having a sign on a picture of them that is from Glasgow? I say sir, defend your thesis!

  • @ArmoredFelix Who said ironically meant coincidentally?

  • @LostKeysOnARainyDay If they're from Glasgow, which they are, it's not ironic that they took something from Glasgow to use in their video. Derp. Come on, you're not Irish so you're white. Don't be a dumb nigger.

  • @LostKeysOnARainyDay thats the gregs from the old opticians sign in Kelvingrove Art Gallery.....ironically in Glasgow...

That's not fucking irony. That's coincidence and not that coincidental anyways. It's to be expected they would use something from where they originated. Fucking irony is not to be expected. Derp.

  • @ArmoredFelix Haha!

  • This song has inexplicably shuffled it’s way into my running playlist. And I’m all the better for it : )

  • Are those eyes by chance supposed to be like the billboard in The Great Gatsby?

  • This is by far my favorite Frightened Rabbit song.

  • so amazing. it is st. patricks day and I have to listen to a Scottish band instead of Irish music. : ) (I guess it makes sense I am not Irish at all anyways, and at least partially Scottish)

  • Think i'll save suicide for another year ;)

  • i love you frightened rabbit!

  • this song helped me get through my messy break up with my fiance

  • i love living in edinburgh :)

  • what a bloody brilliant song

  • Seein them again next week :)

    they're epic <3

  • Seen them last night in Edinburgh

    they were amazing!

  • what an amazing night. :)

  • There has got to be someone out there that can arrange this on an acoustic guitar. If they can i want to be in the loop. lol

  • this is a great song but keep yourself warm is my favourite Frightened Rabbit. They gauge emotion and tension so well

  • Must agree.

Keep Yourself Warm is a wonderfully morbid modern day love story. - GrantStatic

  • amazing

  • it is an awesome song!

  • So you just stepped out of the front of my house and I'll never see you again. I closed my eyes for a second and when they opened you weren't there. And the door shut shut I was vacuum packed, shrink-wrapped out of air And the spine collapsed and the eyes rolled back to stare at my starving brain,
  • And fully clothed, I float away

    (I'll float away)

Down the Forth, into the sea

I think I'll save suicide for another day.

  • And I picture this corpse on the M8 hearse and I half run away to sleep On a rolled up coat against the window with the strobe of the sun and the life I've led am I ready to leave is there peace beneath the roar of the Forth road bridge? On the Northern side there's a Fife of mine and a boat in the port for me,
  • And fully clothed, I float away (I'll float away) Down the Forth, into the sea I'll steer myself through drunken waves these manic gulls scream it's okay take your life give it a shake gather up all your loose change I think I'll save suicide for another year.
  • Powerful stuff. A real changing track. The dramatic pause at the end gains extra points...

  • quality tune! great band! go Scotland! Come to NZ

  • yeah i reckon! come to NZ!!!

  • Definitely my favourite Frightened Rabbit song!
