@olmcgal I think i got it for about $26.00, but yeah you're right. The cooler actually died on me and the RAM sinks fell off and i didnt notice it and the card fried. Running a 5770 now but it's having heating problems too, i dont game on PC anymore (i really should though, i miss it), moved to xbox haha

i also get 110 degrees during load and the normal temperatur is 83. I want a new cooler but i am not sure if i can install the cooler. i haven t done it before

My 4870 is ~50 to 60 degrees idle and nearing 90 under load. I'm considering buying this cooler for it. How easy was it to install, and where could I get one?

My Sapphire HD4850 was getting 83degC Idle and 110degC

60degC with 700/1000 clocks stable, 60% fan speed, with Twin Turbo installed.

dude, my sapphire HD4850 temp is over 70 degrees _idle_ ...i get 110 degrees during load.

i'd be HAPPY to get 90 degrees with my stock cooler.. and i've read about others having the same problem but that there's nothing to do about it. what to do???
