  • My GOD her beauty!

  • A Diva from a time when Strippers had class

  • Been trying to find a quality upload for the song "Let Me Entertain You", then came across this. Glad I did.

Remember hearing about her as a child.

    A true artist of seduction!!!

  • Hi. Great video! I love it! Can someone please tell me the name of the song? Thank you so much...

  • Why oh why can't I be built like that? As a matter of fact, whay aren't there any stars built like that anymore? They are all built like twigs!

  • Thanks for posting the real Gyspy!

  • Just rummaging through your COOL collection.. brilliant stuff, Rachel! Five stars xD

  • Thank you Ellen (Shabanie) for sending me this video. :-)

  • Great video,

I had seen Gypsy in an old movie on AMC and she was lovely.

  • Itoo remember , as a kid, watching on L.A. local channel 5 "The Gypsy Rose Show"....she was an elegant, intelligent lady...and it wasn't till 10 years later that I found out "who she really was"..lol...A loss of " innocence" I guess.. (Still loved the show).

  • I had seen the play Gypsy, and loved it. But I do not think that I have ever seen pictures of the real Gypsy. Great video.

    -------Ellen

  • Thanks to roseburrerfly13 for posting this very fine presentation, and to Shabbanie for sending my way! Cheers, etc. Doug --

  • Shabannie, ty El, I enjoyed this video...I never saw pics of her either....I like the cover to....5*

  • Nice video Ellen thanks. Of course I liked the pictures of her in stockings and corset. I saw the film Gypsy Rose Lee with the beautiful Natalie Wood but I'd never seen pictures of the real Gypsy Rose before.

  • Gypsy use to have a 30 minute talk show on the ABC affliate in San Francisco in the 1960's which in my pre-teen years I watched religiously, what a brilliant lady.

  • There's abook, written by Gypsy's son entitled "Gypsy & Me". Though a bit self serving on the son's part, it presents a viewpoint of the complex, but lovely and loving person that Gypsy was. It's well worth reading, but it follows her later life, from her son's childhood until her death, (way too young, damned cigarettes!)

  • as a kid, i remember watching her talk show on channel 7 in san francisco

didnt know she had been a stripper till way after her death

she was a brilliant and funny lady

  • Done sparely, smartly, and elegantly, as the lady herself might have done it... Bravo..

  • Wow! haha..Thank you so much!!! :D You made my day!!

  • Great! I'm reading Stripping Gypsy and love these photos of her.

    Thanks for posting!

  • AMAZING! I love it!

  • I really enjoyed watching this. I'm a big fan of the one and only - Gypsy!
