I got this beauty today. one of the best freddy figures I've seen. The head really looks amazing (actually I can't find a word which explains my Happyness about that figure) By the way: Because of you I spend all my Money for Figures ;-).

i have this figure and i love it BUT:

you talk about it being 3 figures, and mention buying 4 to have 1 MOC also, why then didn't NECA just release 3 separate figures? now I gotta go buy 1 more because i have him displayed with long arms and normal face, now i want him with normal arms and skull face!

his left hand - shouldn't it be burned like the rest of him?

his sleeves - don't they have stripes, like the torso part?

Thats what I thought when I first saw this figure but it's actually movie accurate because in episode one he doesn't have stripes on his sleeves.

@davidbowie1100 i'm sure you're right. but i've seen him in other sequels where he had stripes on his sleeves! so i guess the movie studio/directors have not been consistent with the stripes. anyway, looking forward to future figures.

@davidbowie1100 a lot of people didn't like remake freddy, just because it wasn't robert englund. i think it's a nice figure. i have about 8 freddys. i'm so stupid i keep buying him (and jason)! to me freddy and jason are the embodiment of horror movie figures! ps i love mezco. they're my favorite. i'm always drawn to mezco figures.

Spot, what's really cool that you can do is have the long Right arm with the short Left arm. Then you can display him fighting Jason from a safe distance. It looks really good since most of the older Jasons are in the "Swinging" pose.

Hey Spot, I have a question, and I need your thoughts on it-- The read-up on the back of the package really doesn't say much about Krueger, instead, It really just goes about Nancy Thompson- and what I would believe would either be a missed, if not a still good chance, On making A "Heros" line in figures from Horror movies-- Do you think Neca should step up, and make those said figures, LIKE Nancy Thompson to go with Freddy, or just have the villains line from horror movies

Never was a big fan of Freddy with long arms, even as a kid I thought that scene more goofy than scary. Anyway, this figure is awesome indeed, and makes me feel bad for purchasing the Movie Maniacs series 4 Freddy last year.

Got the same version I did; I wanted the shorter arms packaged attached to the body cause I didn't want to display him with the longer ones, but the paint on the spare head was better with the version that came with the longer arms attached. Love both of these guys; glad I was able to get both & was able to sort through a bunch to get those that looked the best. I'm surprised you didn't remove the sweater; are you aware that there was same extra sculpting on the chest, but wasn't painted.

Curse you Spot, I have the Movie Maniacs 3 Freddy and I was happy with that one and then I passed on this one in the store because I thought the arms weren't that poseable so now I feel the urge to buy this one. =c

I think this is the perfect face expression for Freddy, Freddy isn't an all pissed guy like the Dream Warriors figure represents. Freddy is a sadistic psychopath that takes great joy in doing what he does and this expression is perfect. Just wish it was 3rds movie makeup though.
