I have the same washer as you. could you do me a favor and take a video of your washer when you put into the wash and tape the front glass door to see where the water loaded in to the washer?? My washer broke and sears tech has came 4 times and they don't seem to know what my concerns are?? i used to be able to see the water coming from the top of the glass and dripping down and now the glass is all clear, no water. it will be great appreciated if you can do that.. so i can show them.
@Muhlineks I have this washer and dryer. The dryer gets used far less than the washer because I use my solar dryer in the back yard. Saves a ton of electricity too!
do samsung washers usually use a small amount of water? My old washer used to fill all the way up, but my new samsung one doesnt fill up with water....is that normal? It doesnt say any errors either
I have the same exact set and i love them very reliable and extra quiet. I have to remember to go and check and see if they still on and i do the same thing just leave the door cracked and i have had mine for about the same amount of time
We Love our Samsung..Never had a mold problem..leave the washer open..you will never have an issue.
