That RCA looks like a CTC-68 chassis, made from about 1974-1978. I have actually found TV's in fields like this and got them to work. One time I built a new cabinet for one that was falling apart like this one, I was able to use the original front faceplate. That Grand Marquis does llook like a mid-80's model.
