The law Arizona implemented is the same law that's been on the books for many years the feds was suppose to be enforcing though have been refusing to do. This law will make businesses hire legal citizens. Reasonable suspicion would be someone who can't answer a single question in English or their stone drunk weaving all over the road has no licensee or social security card.
