  • getting up again.

  • @DdotRedd : thanks man!

  • good jmps dude.when i get some more money i might buy those shoes, they look soo damn good for plyos.

  • @leonss10 : thanks man, ya, you can see how light/springy they are.. best shoes ive ever had.. i walk around in them all day, then i use them for sprints/plyos/workouts etc.. now im using them for jumping too.. takes some getting used to for jumping but it's doable.. i've always hated how heavy bball shoes feel.. finding the "right shoe" is such a damn mission.. so i figure ill just adapt to these things, it's like playing bball/dunking bare footed.

    peace!

  • jumps are looking pertty solid man can't believe how high your jumping without doing any lifting for legs

  • @nba8340 : thanks mang, ya im pretty amazed myself.. im training so damn hard to get those gains without weights, but i feel great.. adding in the plyos/force absorption stuff plus adding more volume to my sprinting seems to have given me that extra boost as of late.. got to keep it rollin!

    peace!

  • @adarqui yea def. real impressive in a few weeks i'm gonna start adding in some plyos gonna have to start real light thogh my ankles are weak my achilles still bothering me a bit

  • @nba8340 : damn.. ya man be safe about it.. i'd make sure you are able to handle stuff like RFI/MR tuck jumps/quick lunges etc prior to doing any real kinds of plyos though.. i got to be careful too, latest depth drop session left my feet ache'n and achilles insertion a bit achy/tender.

    peace man
