@MentalWyro As much as I hate to admit it, the best chance Quote has is as a Sticker, Trophy, or possibly an Assisst trophy. Nintendo only lets its favorite 3rd party devs have stuff in their games, so it's probably not gonna happen.

@KahlNuddabudda But Hideo Kojima basically begged Nintendo to have Snake in Brawl. Also, they wouldn't include anything from Cave Story unless there is a Cave Story character/stage in SSB4.

@MentalWyro Cool idea, but since his whole thing is that he's ranged only, has a variety of weapons, and weird floaty jump mechanics makes that less viable. If you can even begin to imagine what his moveset would look like, I'll back you up on it.

@NoobOfLore Close range and smach attacks is based around close range Spur attacks and the sword from the game, B would be primary, the primary weapon changed with down B, can switch Between Polar Star, Fireball, and Bubbler, Side-B would be the Missile Launcher, Up B would the booset, working like Snake's Up B Cipher, and can be canceled with Down B to end the rocket and fire a missile downward. Final Smash replaces Primaries with Spur, Nemesis, and Snake for 20 Seconds.

And I agree that Quote could easily be in ssb4 even though he only uses ranged attacks in game: Snake was the same way and Fox and Cpt. Falcon don't even have their own attacks in their games :P

@Ortadragon01 In the third room of the bonus level, if you press the button that makes you attack, both your characters (Player character and Curly w/ Nemesis) shoot. Either in opposite directions, or both upward. I believe that is what happens.

Dude this is freaking amazing!! I downloaded cave story WITHOUT my parents' consent because I had seen videos and the desire to play it had grown too overwhelming. I played through it like twice and then about halfway through the third time before I finally got bored of it. This song is my top favorite out of all the tunes in the game. They were right, you nailed it, this would be perfect for a silent movie of the game, congrats dude you just pwned the art of playing game tunes on a piano.

I was just comparing this piano version and the original, and i got and idea. What if you combine this with the original version? The tempo for this is just barely faster then the original though, but it would be cool.
