N-Gage Running On The Nokia N97

@elias1995ish Unfortunately the 3D accelerator for the N97 is sub-par (I own one, but recently moved to Iphone 4S). Nokia has very good and amazing ideas however the N97 came with big shortfalls. 3 of them 1. Camera and video function remained the same as prior models aka 5mp and VGA recording. 2. Slow processor relative to other phones 3. Limited capacity 3D accelerometer. As a result don't expect 3D games to work on it.

iphone totally sucks and nokia n97 is better than it. apple takes the help of other developers to make apps for them as they are too lazy. and iphone's camera totally sucks and n97's camera has the dvd video quality. the n97 has a better keyboard. in iphone the keys are jumbled up.

U can do that by downloading games from the N-gage website.And for putting them u've to download the 'Nokia PC Suite(CD)'(u get it with your 'N 97') and then put them in by using the submitting appliction thing.

pretty much the same with the N95 8GB (except for the memory.. processing power and 3d acceleration is the same.. as well as the UI).. nothing revolutionary for me. ill just wait for the next touchscreen N Series phone. it wont be long.

Eh? The N95 didn't have a full qwerty keyboard, it also didn't have touch screen, also It didn't have 32 GB of internal memory with an expandable 16 GB on top of that. Those are huge differences to me...

I don't think there are going to be any n97 specific games, except for some touch-optimized gimmicks. The vid was probably more to show that N-gage also runs on the n97 ;)

Because probably the game was in 4:3 version (most likely the symbian 3rd), remember that the Symbian 5 works also with the apps of the 3rd version too!
