@santschopantscho It's actually Train singing.... and it's the acoustic version. The original version is much better..... and auto-tuned. If you try and sing this song yourself loud enough to be heard properly over a uke, your vocal chords would strain and make you sound the same too. Trust me, I sing a lot in my car to and from deliveries for work (I'm still a shit singer), and even after "warming up" with other songs it still strains....

I don''t want do everything again. Practice with original speed. This is not a beginner song. Maybe you try something easier or browse the first comments for simple chords. Just take your time to learn it step by step.

Sorry, you can't replace the C#m. It's a part of the progression. But try other chords...

E=D, B=A, C#m=Bm, A=G

or

E=C, B=G, C#m=Am, A=F

or

E=G, B=D, C#m=Em, A=C

They are all kind of easy to play.
