@Boomdizzle99 ARK exhausts are generally pretty expensive shipped. I have never seen one lower than 750$ when there was a group buy on newtiburon's forum. That would be my recommendation, to visit the forum and ARK's subsection, to gather more information. Best of luck!!

@shittyclothing56 Well, theoretically, the GT would have more power with the turbo if the block on the GT would be strengthened enough to hold as much boost as i am pushing with my 4cylinder. The turbo is better because the amount of power is practically unlimited as long as everything else in your engine can support it. Superchargers are parasitic and steal your engine's power by using a pulley system and are limited to that.

Hello! The car isn't very fast, but it looks great and is a good value for the price. If you have more money to spend and want more speed, try to get the genesis coupe i4 turbo, which starts at 22k.
The 4 cyl turbo will be under $20k. Withe the current economy, I doubt there will be any mark up on the car. You will get a Genesis coupe for MSRP. And FYI, every Hyundai with the exception of the Accent comes standard with every feature a mustang has, and then some.
A G35 costs what? Mid 30's? For a base line? Your talking 15k more. That is a big gap. And mod for mod. The genesis will destroy a G35.

The sound will really more depend on the type of exhaust that you got, and more specifically the size/dimensions of the resonator and the mufflers. As long as you got a well made one, it should sound great!

ARK has their shit together when it comes to exhaust components.. just got the same exact system for my '07 SE put on so you can imagine how it sounds wit the V6.. If your a tiburon owner old or new ARK is def. the way to go

That's really what you need (custom turbo) to get reasonable power out of a 4cylinder. :)

There are certain rpm points that do have a little bit of cabin drone, but they are short and do not last. If you have any normal driving to do at 70+mph for road trips, you will be just fine.

8,000k is more blueish than white. If you want white, you should use like 6,000 or so. And no, with HIDs you need to mount ballasts and wire things up a bit differently. There are guides to do it yourself on newtiburon dot com if you want to see!
I got the 07 SE, fully loaded one. I dunno, i really like how my exhaust sounds, of course it's quiet in idle, but sounds great when revved. Right now i got some 18's on it, offset stripe, tuscani emblems, and some limo tint. I got the redfire pearl one, looks great. Nice to see some others on here.

ive got a 2007 silver 2.7GT, not the limited, and im going to get a custom exhaust built for it, i like the way yours sounds, ive already got a custom intake and it sounds amazing at 3500rpm but what im tryin to decide to do now is how i want the exhaust built, any thoughts...i was thinking as straight back as i can off each side of the V, do a proper dual exhaust instead of a Y pipe system. i want that deep note haha.

i had an 06 i4 and it was great, i went the NA instead of the forced induction alot cheaper, not great in hp but lots of torque, invest in an injen cold air, helps alot better, someone hit me and totaled it on christmas eve =( its cool tho i found an 05 SE
The difference isn't *that* great at only 50hp more. :)
But I didn't want to get a v6 because it's much easier to do a custom turbo on the i4. You've got tons more space in the engine compartment to run your piping and mount your turbo!

Im not trying to call you out or anything but you can put an injen cold air intake on that car from last years model. cause i have the same car and i put mine on. just dont put it the way others are intalled by taking off the bumper. remove your stock air box completely. it will make a backwards "s" outline from the throttle body with the sensors and everything. it will come out by lower bumper on the driver side. i do like the exhaust very much, trying to wait so the price goes down.
Please send me a pm. Several of us on newtiburon dot com weren't able to do it without hacksawing or abandoning the concept. It wasn't worth it to me since I'm going turbo with intercooler, but lots of people would benefit with part # you got working and pics.
im planning on getting an 07 tib also, just wondering if performance parts from past years 03-present will work. As far as i know the engine didnt changem and all i might need to do is some minor body work.
It really depends on what part you are looking for, but the majority do fit. SRI/CAI won't due to headlight being diff, but rest should. Feel free to pm with questions!

400WHP on a car that is rated at 220 from the factory is pretty impressive. @400hp that car would be dipping into the 10's or near it.
A small turbo is plenty capable of making 400+ hp. The 14b mitsu turbo will get you there with very little boost lag.
Of course there are better options. But you are going to be hard pressed finding a better option at $19K

It was an easy install, ya. Unbolt the stock exhaust, unhook from hangers, then bolt new exhaust in and hang to hangers. No biggie!

but compare the weight difference between them. i mean 4 door family sedan vs two door light coupe. two door is cheaper two. but i dont think i would buy a hyundai. they do get high rating though.

ARK has their shit together when it comes to exhaust components.. just got the same exact system for my '07 SE put on so you can imagine how it sounds wit the V6.. If your a tiburon owner old or new ARK is def. the way to go

Nope, none besides exhaust and a custom intake.
I still only have those power mods today, but have around 80% of my turbo items purchased. Only need around 2,000$ more, which I will have by spring, and will begin the build.
That's really what you need (custom turbo) to get reasonable power out of a 4cylinder. :)

There are certain rpm points that do have a little bit of cabin drone, but they are short and do not last. If you have any normal driving to do at 70+mph for road trips, you will be just fine.

Both headlights and foglights are 8,000K HIDs that I picked up off of ebay. Glad you liked it. :D

8,000k is more blueish than white. If you want white, you should use like 6,000 or so. And no, with HIDs you need to mount ballasts and wire things up a bit differently. There are guides to do it yourself on newtiburon dot com if you want to see!

I got the 07 SE, fully loaded one. I dunno, i really like how my exhaust sounds, of course it's quiet in idle, but sounds great when revved. Right now i got some 18's on it, offset stripe, tuscani emblems, and some limo tint. I got the redfire pearl one, looks great. Nice to see some others on here.

ive got a 2007 silver 2.7GT, not the limited, and im going to get a custom exhaust built for it, i like the way yours sounds, ive already got a custom intake and it sounds amazing at 3500rpm but what im tryin to decide to do now is how i want the exhaust built, any thoughts...i was thinking as straight back as i can off each side of the V, do a proper dual exhaust instead of a Y pipe system. i want that deep note haha.

I washed and polished the exhaust, so there was still some water in the pipe when I started it up. Personally, I thought it was a nice touch.

Stock i4 Tiburon GS is ~125whp, so it's not that high. 120-130mph I assume. Once you turbo it though, the sky's the limit!

i had an 06 i4 and it was great, i went the NA instead of the forced induction alot cheaper, not great in hp but lots of torque, invest in an injen cold air, helps alot better, someone hit me and totaled it on christmas eve =( its cool tho i found an 05 SE

The difference isn't *that* great at only 50hp more. :)
But I didn't want to get a v6 because it's much easier to do a custom turbo on the i4. You've got tons more space in the engine compartment to run your piping and mount your turbo!

Im not trying to call you out or anything but you can put an injen cold air intake on that car from last years model. cause i have the same car and i put mine on. just dont put it the way others are intalled by taking off the bumper. remove your stock air box completely. it will make a backwards "s" outline from the throttle body with the sensors and everything. it will come out by lower bumper on the driver side. i do like the exhaust very much, trying to wait so the price goes down.

Not on the i4. On the v6 it will fit, yes. Several people have tried fitting the SRI/CAI on the 07 i4 unsuccessfully.

im planning on getting an 07 tib also, just wondering if performance parts from past years 03-present will work. As far as i know the engine didnt changem and all i might need to do is some minor body work.

It really depends on what part you are looking for, but the majority do fit. SRI/CAI won't due to headlight being diff, but rest should. Feel free to pm with questions!

Thanks! It's the brand new ARK DT-S exhaust system. They just released it a month or so ago, and I absolutely love its deep sound.
