UT3 Online Montage

i don know y but i bought unreal tournament a few weeks ago, i finished the campaign, then i wanted to try online, i can only connect through ip adress and i can only join 1 server, every time i join a server, it says connection failed. it's updated 2.1 no map packs no mods, the game is in perfect shape, i tried turning off firewall, i searched every possible solution, and none of them works!!! there is also nothing wrong with my internet connection.
