For the Record Polaris industries is an american company, Based in MN, Victories are assembled in Spirit Lake Iowa and all the components are made in the USA with the exception of the Brakes which are made by Bembro in Italy. Any way on the Heritage issue Polaris invented the snowmobile in 1954 and is a leader in the feild to this day. The decision to get into Atv's and Bikes is not a leap into an industry they don't know or anything.

Just because a bike is "assembled" in one country, doesn't mean it was actually "made" in that country. Many parts are made in other countries. The only PURE American bikes are vintage American bikes.

@snoslider02 They are made in Spirit lake Iowa. On another note. Victory motorcycles are now putting out 137hp and 136 ft lbs torque for a simple 4k engine mod. Big bore cams and better breathing. Hd need to spend alot of money on non V rod bikes to get these figures. There is a stock internals Victory engine pumping out 302 hp. The biukes are bullet proof, cheap to make power, and i live mine, my wife loves hers also.

Victory Motorcycle engines are made in Osceola Wisconsin NOT by Subaru. Also NOT designed by Subaru. They are designed in Wyoming, MN by the Victory design group of Polaris Industries.

Yeahh my dad owns an 07 vegas and i own an 07 superglide we both have stage ones in our bikes and even when he rides 2 up he still destroys me . Victory's are real fast bikes and i've seen the hammers beat vrods pretty badly.

Same here my man. I have an '08 Hammer and it kills any Harley that even tries to run. Harley's are great bikes though, Victory is just the "new" American Motorcycle....higher % of American made parts than a Harley.
