great job friend, im still around though im back up to 180lbs but starting fresh again, i went through a super stressful time amd weight loss was the last thing on my mind, but im so proud of u keep it up, be on the lookout for new videos

Congrats Krystle, that's a great accomplishment. I've liked the way in which you've lost weight -- slowly. And you rely on hunger and feeling full and not a "radical plan" really. I also like that you're a vegetarian! But that's a side note. I don't see you doing fasts or gimmicks either. And finally you have RESULTS! You've done it, you're doing it, and you look beautiful. I'll enjoy seeing you get to your final goal, it's in sight now, you're almost there! :)
@weightlossfordudes Thank you! Yes....sometimes I get to impatient though because it has been so slowly....Yeah diets just don't work long term, tried 'em and they failed lol. Thank you! No i've thought about a fast, but with me being hypoglycemic I just don't know how well it would work out unless I did a juice fast....eh. Thank you! Yes 85lbs gone, 20lbs til my goal. Thank you! I'd give it another 2-4 months at least, but it's possible I can lose more than my goal. We'll see what i look like!
