I didn't particularly love the look but as a nerdy person the idea of having procedurally generated art on the outside and the code for it on the inside is just cool.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not diggin' the modern look at all, but the effort put into designing these shoes is pretty neat.
I'm a fan of old-school high tops. Got me some Reebok Twilight Zones, and Omni Lites over here =)
