Mogadishu...what a shithole....was there a few months before "Ranger Day", aka Battle of Black Mountain. At the time it seemed like a big adventure. Might have felt different if we'd been there when the shit hit the fan. Many years later I caught a cab, and the driver was Somalian, he was in Mogadishu the same time I was. He was realy cool. I'm glad he made it to Australia.
