I'm a convicted felon and I did 12 years in San Quentin, can I still get in? Will they let me use a knife even though knives have been a problem with me in the past?I also dont like working to closely with other people and I dont like alot of stress, it makes me go a little crazy. So using a knife under a stressful condition would be a huge problem for me, well really for the other people.
I heard the old guys who teach at this school still yell and cuss alot. I want to attend this school so I think it will be just like being around my old man. He's always swinging at the fences. Do they have classes for fast food? I want to open a place where everything is out of cans or frozen. So I guess I dont really need a knife kit, just a good can opener. That will save alot of money right there. Is there a minimum weight limit? like do you have to weigh over 250lbs to enroll?
I was there in 84 & 85. I loved every day I was there. It was the best time of my life. I now live in California near Napa. New York is better in my mind.
I've been struggling my whole high school year. I will be a senior in the fall. I never knew what I want to do. I am an English and an Art major, weird combination, but it's what I'm good at, and what I love. Over the past week, I have realized that I love cooking, I never ate any of it, but I loved cooking. And I knew before that I love making cakes, and cookies, and all sorts of snacks. I've found that I love putting my art skills into my cooking skills. Then as I was searching colleges today,
I found this college, it looks amazing! And it seems to offer so much. The only thing that i'm worried about is, if they check grades before students enter and S.A.T scores. Now I have to admit, I don't care much for classes besides English and my Art classes, and I nearly fail all other classes, and yet at the end of the year when Im taking a regents or a final test, i do above 75's. I live in New York, and my boy friend is planing on going to Rochester when he graduates BCC thats another thing
I plan to go to BCC for the first 2 years, and then leave from there. But, I was thinking of opening my own little show bakery, but not only just sell food to go, but also have it as some little soda shop like in the 60's with ice cream floats. But I was also thinking of serving meals too, but i'm not as crazy about making meals as making pastrys. Who knows, maybe i'll hire someone who graduate with a degree in master cooking.
i would really like to attend this school but im confused it says you need at least 6 months experience in a non fast food work place...does that mean i have to apply after i graduate high school and have this requirement meet or do i apply during high school and meet this requirement later?
Do you need good sat scores to get in? What about highschool junior senior years, do they care if on your transcripts you got bad grades first half of junior, then straight a's the rest and senior?. What song is this too? Thanks
This is so cute! my 13 year old son would like to be a chef so i had him look up this. the music is the greatest in the world. hope the poor child dont end up like will defoe! lol
I graduated nov. 1996 associate program. Great job, you brought back alot of memories. Those were the days, drunk 24 7 and still managed to survive. Thanks, whoever you are!

Just maintain a C average and you should be fine. If you are planning to attend then make note of the cost and the student waiting list.
