MY VERSION OF GTA SA HAS A MODED RUSTLER WHICH IS MODED INTO A P-38, WHEN I TRY DOING THE FIRST PILOT SCHOOL LESSON THE "RUSTLER" SPAWNS A LITTLE TOO HIGH AND CATCHES ON FIRE WHEN IT HITS THE GROUND AND IT BLOWS UP!!! its in the "desert" and in north east of the map youll see lots of broken planes, there it is. but you have to go untill mission 70 to take it.

FOR EVERYONE! the flying school is in Abandoned Airstrip also called Verdant Meadows (you need to buy that property (it costs 80000$)) and you need to beat mission called Verdant Meadows.

@MyJzd i don't know what mission number is Verdant Meadows but it's one of the Toreno missions after you beat all San Fierro missions it's 4-5 missions after you beaten San Fiero. and yes it's at the same place in PS2 version .

@tigran1337 just play the game till about 50 % after finishing some missions with a stranger who calls you in SF you will be sent there and theres a S on your map

you can only access the pilot school after you complete some missions that allow you to buy the property

you need to buy the property there before you can access the flying school

flying school is at the very top of the map, it in the abandoned airport with all the planes that have been taken apart, look on your map, find the golf course at the top left of the las venturas strip and keep going left and you'll find it,

@abongnelah its because you havnt completed the game, i am not 100% sure as i downloaded a save file, but as you go through the game you unloack areas on the map, (los santos, san fiero, las ventures)
