Can't get it to hold helium, leaking out the a-hole (where you put it in, so to speak), I think. It lasts about five minutes completely full, then you can start to see the tail start to push in and the little wrinkles re-appear. Waddup wit dat?

Now mexico they appreciate any gift. But here we should give gift card not something silly like this toy. You can get it filled up by any flourist or party shop. Alternatively you could buy a tank from any toy store and fill it up yourself. It's not cheap tho.

same priciple, only a bigger, clear baloon. by mixing 20% or so oxygen in the helium the bugs should stay alive when put in the baloon. keeping it in the air would be difficult as the flies would get tired of flying and rest. and they'll die. alternatively, you could tie some bobber-lightsticks to the thing, same kind of light.
