  • I am really wanting to Astral Travel Thomas, i am 17 and i have been studying this for about a year read many books on Lucid Dreaming, Then Spiritual Science, then came across Astral Projection. I know a ton about it but just cant get it in affect. Physical Relaxation-meditation-energy work-shadow memories-body awareness. i made it to the vibrations but could never project my consciousness. How long did it take you to learn how to do it every once and a while??

  • still not understanding... How is the opposite of love... FEAR?

  • i love it, i got a lot of the same information that is in these vids from channeling my higher self who is a light being from Orion ! Be love :)

  • How would u define love between 2 persons? I guess i mean describe it in your own words while using your theory ( and please don't shatter peoples dreams in the process lol) Thank you in advance

  • @leonvvd,

people can certainly love each other -- and should -- and when that love includes physical expression it has its own special satisfying flavor. However, what most of us actually mean when we say we have fallen in love is that we have fallen in need. Many "couples"-type relationships may have a dash of unconditional love (the only kind of love there is) in them, but most relationships are dominated by fear, beliefs, and needs of the ego.

  • @twcjr44 very interesting answer and true. Also (to try and make it more clear) people who love eachother lower their entropy and thus becoming "higher beings"? (ofcourse if their love is not pestered by fear)

  • @leonvvd: "people who love eachother lower their entropy and thus becoming "higher beings"? "

    Tom: Yes

  • @twcjr44 ah love it :D

  • if love is a blissfull state and we all try to reach that why not hook the entire system on a "drug" that creates that? i mean it seems to work on the human mind

  • be no drug that creates love. Drugs can only create individual experience. Love is much more than just experience -- it is the fundamental attribute of low entropy consciousness and can only be created by raising the quality (lowering the entropy) of one's consciousness (growing up takes place at the being level while experience takes place at the intellectual level).

  • @twcjr44 Ok thanks for clarifying that Tom, i love your vids it brings the puzzles together as it were ; ) very good job = p

  • I always thought love was more a principled state of mind than an emotion. Brought about by understanding the environment around you.

  • this guy is a pompous clown

  • I am a conscious spirit ,not simply consciousness ;) Very good lecture though from a wise man.

  • I'm kind of confused of his theories. If I could ask him a question it would be: What is considered a conscious observer? And who/what all has entropy?...if an atom is considered conscious, with an extremely low level of awareness, why is it we're considered the conscious observer that can collapse an atoms wave function. And does a plant have entropy that it's working to lower, or "grow up"?

  • @maniac7553,

The observer is any entity that has a finite decision space containing multiple choices and the free will to make choices that reside within that decision space. That definition is not exclusive to humans, but takes in all sentient entities/beings. Atoms and rocks do not qualify -- neither do plants, but most critters (including humans) do.

  • @twcjr44 I see...now what all has entropy levels? Is that just for humans so that we can reach enlightenment better or are all creatures working to lower their entropy?

  • @maniac7553: "now what all has entropy levels?"

Same answer: "any entity that has a finite decision space containing multiple choices and the free will to make choices that reside within that decision space." Of course, some critters have such a teeny tiny decision space that little is expected while some, like humans, dolphins, and dogs for example, have sufficient decision space to drop a smidgen or two of ego and fear and thus lower their entropy and the entropy of the system.

  • @twcjr44 Well i suppose humans are the ones that drop the most ego and fear...so are we the only ones working towards the goal of lowering our entropy? And also how do we know for a fact that something as simple as an atom doesn't have decision space? We don't know whether or not an atom decides to be a wave or a particle do we? We actually don't know much about atoms at all to assume that only certain things have those qualities...But the answers to all aren't really all that significant.

  • So far, all of this sounds like the teachings of the Bible explained from a physicist perspective.

  • I'va had enough experiences, to believe what this man is saying. But I'm not hearing how to lessen entrophy. How does Bobby lessen his entrophy, when his father rapes him every single night, for 14 years? This world is set up to "create" entrophy. Has anyone ever questioned the beings who set this world up? Sadists. Everytime you create order in your space, something bad happens, to screw it all up. Your efforts are punished, not rewarded. This is a negative place. I object.

  • Everything naturally moves toward entropy. Without entropy, there could be no enthalpy.

In the example with Bobby, that hasn't happened because the creator ordered it. It happens because the father is in a state of high entropy and is creating more entropy.

That's why it's so important that we try to move to a state of lower entropy. Our goal is to revert to that Garden of Eden State where there is no entropy.

  • Love is the Nature of a Low Entropy Being...

  • combine your theory with M theory. our mind lives in 11 dimensions!

  • I have no idea why your fairy dust and Tinkerbell reference did not get a laugh, Tom. This audience must have no sense of humor, whereas I think you are hilarious! What a visual! LOL!

  • AeroLynda123,

Yes... people are so serious these days about being serious. There is a time just for serious and a time just for fun, but most of the time is for both simultaneously. I am glad you are having fun on your MBT journey. If learning and growing are not also fun, something important is missing.

    Tom

  • @twcjr44 one question tom said we can go to other universes and we can create a body, my question can we go out from your body and create a new body in the same universe the same frame???

  • Hi - most of your theories and research resonate with ideas and beliefs I have arrived at independently. One thing that puzzles me: I believe that all matter in the Universe is conscious. Why do you believe that only sentient beings are conscious? Do you not believe that a rock, or the air we breathe has consciousness?

  • In the books and lecture, I limited the discussion to the consciousness of sentient beings. Those who make purposeful choices (have a finite decision space -- an intellectual component, no matter how dim). The "awareness" of plant is at the feeling level and mineral at the data level. There are discussions about that topic at the MBT forum.

  • Hi thomas,

just a further question in regard to the question at 5:00, when you say devolve and die, are you referring to the consciousness (you the small subset of the greater whole) being able to die? what does it mean for your consciousness to devolve and eventually die?

  • a Devolving system implies a system where entropy of that system or is increasing -- content is desolving into randomness -- information lost. Same for a subsystem

  • Having a consciousness and being able to use it willfully to do what you want in PMR are two different things. To a lesser extent: You have a body, yet there are many things that people with bodies can do that you cannot. Having a consciousness, like having a body, is not all there is to it.

  • hi sir I got 1 question

im as a consciousness im part of a bigger consciousness,,,,if that bigger consciousness can manifest everything,,, why me a part of that bigger consciousness cant manifest why im stuck here ,,,,,, why cant i go to another consciousness which i like and she is in other countrie,,,why im unable to anything plzzzzz tell me

  • The experience of Love is an expressed intent of an individuated consciousness. Ones perception of love is subjective. Individual awareness is subjective. Ambiguity is natural. All individual reality is personal - this does not lead to an increasing spiral toward higher personal entropy any more than free will does. Uncertainty is a fundamental part of individual reality. Choice of uncertain alternatives provides opportunity to exercise intent which leads to the possibility of growth.

    Tom

  • You say everything is trying to evolve towards love(low entropy), by eliminating fear and ego. In consciousness love is a perception of the subject, and can't be interpreted objectively. That must mean the entire system's idea on love is ambiguous, and is left up to the subject's interpretation. If everything is one, wouldn't the different perceptions of love cause high entropy? Creating a sort of static or stalemate for one's evolution?

  • I wish astral travel was real but, if it was real, it'd be the easiest thing in the world to prove - you'd be able to win James Randi's $1 Million challenge. You'd change our whole understanding of life, the Universe and everything!! You'd win a Nobel prize or a purple heart or some kind of award.

Alas, astral travel is just lucid dreaming. Still, lucid dreaming is amazing in itself.

  • You need to prove it, and that is complicated

  • Good Luck to you as well.

  • Yeah, hopefully I can find something, but if not I'm not honestly not expecting anything. Here's to the poor mans scientific method.

  • Exactly. Stay openminded. Remain skeptical. Do your own research -- consciousness is individual.

  • I agree, however, I think that people who have opened themselves to the ideal of "one consciousness" should also keep in mind that it is possible that this is a load of balony. Not that I believe that personally, but so often we are fooled by people we deem to be trustworthy. I say that we experiment on ourselves to find the answer. It doesn't need any funding and it doesn't take up others time. This is what I'm doing...not real results, but it has only been a week.

  • It is too bad that the science world won't at least take a non-bias look into it if at least it happens 5-15%. It is not like it is not a result...if you get my meaning. But I guess it is more of a money thing, bias or the combination of both.

  • I didn't think that anyone would actually respond. I was just entertaining the idea that "if" we share a consciousness that can change reality...then why not since we don't know the boundaries. But the thing is that I'm a bit of a skeptic, because there is no recorded/proven scientifically that it exists. Now, this is not to say that there weren't any instances that pointed toward that direction. But if you know now the scientific method you know that it would take 85% of 100% to be proof.

  • I wonder if people can cross our preceived reality with others and change the rules of our reality to produce certain ablities?

  • No, we live in this reality to get connected. Some have just been better at it than others.

  • Are we supposed to live in this reality disconnected from awareness of the larger consciousness? If you look at the native americans for example who lived with a connection to that higher consciousness feeling connected to every living being and respecting it.i feel as if we have been disconnected delibaretly.

  • The very recognition of your own consciousness allows you to transcend the limitations imposed on you. By virtue of your very existence and consciousness, the epistemological singularity by which you know you exist, you are as intelligent as the most famous Genius who has ever lived. By overcoming that threshold and assimilating the Truth and Singularity of existence, you can transcend all of politics, all of religion, all of society, law and culture and your mental capabilities are magnified.
