Maybe that 70 mph motorway speed "limit" has something to do with this, the other car couldn't stop but could have had they not been going as fast..oh, wait, in the US, where speed limits are enforced against someone going 5 mph over the limit but those going 30 mph over the limit don't get stopped, we're much more likely to have a bad event. That 70 mph limit in the UK is a solid limit, do NOT go over it. I lived there 3.5 yr. & drove there. UK does not mess when it comes to any law they have!

Same thing happened in SE Penna when some chick who was texting lost control and hit a school bus. Her pregnant passenger died, as did the passenger's fetus. After realizing that the driver was texting and caused this crash, that driver should have been exterminated as punishment. I'm sure she still has a cell phone as we speak. Damn kids.
